My mother hired ************************* to represent me during my disability case. During our initial phone call I explained my mother interjected herself and was hiring the lawyer for me. I explained I did not want to do this and I wanted to drop it and let it go. ***** did not listen to me.When ***** started to request every session note from every session with my psychologist I knew something weird was up. She was asking for documents that not only did she never need in the first place but had zero business asking for. She was wanting documentation from my psychologist which my psychologist told me was really bizarre and suspicious. My psychologist has been practicing for over 20 years - longer than ***** has even had her bar license - and this isn't the first time my psychologist has handled disability cases. I told ***** multiple times over I would not be providing my session notes. She was constantly defensive about it and ignored me when I said no I would not give her those notes. I told her multiple times at that point I wanted to drop my case and let it go. ***** did not listen to me.After everything was said and done -- I have lost all of my access to all of my mental and medical health care. Why? ***** pushed my case through as though I would be able to work in the future and was put into the "ticket to work" program despite knowing full well I cannot and will not ever be able to work. Not only due to my autism and ptsd but also injuries that never healed from my time in the military.B/c of ***** I was kicked off my straight ******** BCBS Comm. health plan and forced onto straight HFS ******** (Primary) and with ******** (Secondary) -- I am not eligible for MMAI. B/c I can't get MMAI I can't see a single one of my doctors once the spend down freeze is lifted.I'm out of space but there is more you need to know.

    Re:  ****** Rodriquez
    ID: ********

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

**********************, not his mother, hired ************************* to represent him in his claim for Social Security disability benefits and ******** benefits.  I am confused by his statement that he has lost all access to all of his mental and medical health care because as ********************** noted he is getting ******** (which is health insurance). I do not understand what he is talking about ****************** having him put into the ticket to work program.  This is a program that Social Security offers to all beneficiaries if they want to try to work.  ****************** had nothing to do with this program nor does a claimant have to avail themselves of this program.

I am happy to send you the Appointment of Representative form ********************** personally signed hiring ******************- In fact I am happy to send you ********************** entire file.  A claimants Social Security file *** include: the signed Appointment of Representative form, a copy of the initial application, the initial and reconsideration denials, the audio of an Administrative Law Judge hearing before the ******************************* all our emails to and from the client, and all his medical records, the favorable decision reached in his case, the award letter describing the back money and monthly Social Security benefits he will receive.

****************** did not force ********************** to pursue or continue his Social Security case.  ********************* could have withdrawn his Social Security case at any time.   I have never witnessed an Administrative Law Judge proceed with a hearing when a claimant stated they want to withdraw their claim for Social Security benefits.

I am happy to send you a copy of the favorable decision granting ********************** Social Security disability insurance benefits and ******** benefits as he has already told you he receives both Social Security and ********.  As noted above I am happy to send you our entire file on ********************** including any and all emails to and from ********************** which discuss some of the issues he has mentioned in his complaint.  In order to do so I need a written statement from ********************** waiving attorney-client privilege.

********************** hired ****************** to get him Social Security disability benefits and ******** which she did.  I am sorry that he is not happy with the favorable result in his case.

********************** states that he needs a divorce or to drop his Social Security disability insurance benefits and file bankruptcy.  ********************** is free to pursue either of those options if he wishes to do so - there is nothing stopping him if that is his desire. Our office does not provide legal representation for divorce or bankruptcy.

Once you forward me the signed release of attorney-client privilege I will send you his entire file as well as statement in more depth answering his complaint explaining the misstatements based on the evidence we have and which will be sent to you.

Please forward me a signed release of attorney-client privilege at your earliest convenience so that I can answer this complaint in more detail.

    Yours truly,
    /s/************ Alpert
