On 12/4/22 I bought two items for $171.00. Only one item was delivered and all attempts to connect with US Soccer have be unsuccessful. I have opened tickets and followed up with emails to no avail. I placed an order on October 6, 2022 for a Personalized ********** USWNT Home Jersey (No FIFA Badge - $72) that I have not received to date but was charged immediately for. I have attempted to reach out to the US Soccer Store multiple times and have received only 1 reply confirming they acknowledged my order and would get back to me on status. I never received an update or any response to any inquiries (at least 5) I have made since and there have been no updates to my order. On 12/18/22 I ordered a jersey from the US Soccer Store, at *****************************************. I paid for 2-day Fed EX shipping. Needless to say, I have never gotten the jersey, every time I check, including today 2/7/23 - it says Unfullfilled. They have however charged my credit card the $140 dollars. I've tried multiple times to contact them, when you call no one picks up. I've sent several emails, and chat messages. Besides getting a standard email reply, I've heard nothing. On November 24th I placed an order for $94 with US Soccer store for a sweater as a Christmas gift. Since then I have heard nothing back from them and needless to say I haven't received the sweater yet. I have e mailed them at least 8 times and never received a reply. To Whom it may concern, I am contacting you again about the order placed for two personalized *** Soccer jerseys. (Order OUSSS189254) The order was placed on December 4, 2022, and paid for on December 5, 2022. We did receive confirmation that the order was received. On December 15, 2022, we received an email with the tracking number for only the (large personalized jersey). The large personalized jersey was received several days later. Regarding the second personalized jersey. We have contacted US Soccer Jersey Support several times now requesting an update. Both jerseys were purchased as Christmas gifts. Since the medium-sized personalized jersey had not arrived. At this point could someone please let me know when we might receive the medium personalized jersey we ordered? We continue to receive what looks like an automated reply. I have copied and posted the reply below:Dear ****** Thank you for contacting us, confirming we have received your request (Query 390972).Our US Soccer Support Team will be back in touch once they've reviewed your request. The attachments contain the details. I placed an order on December 2nd for a sweatshirt and three knit hats for $171. I paid for two day shipping. When the order hadn't arrived after 1 week, I contacted support. They informed me that the sweatshirt was not actually available and that it was a mistake to advertise it. That was odd, but they eventually refunded my cost for the sweatshirt. I still awaited the three knit caps that were Christmas gifts. After two weeks of waiting, I again reached out to US Soccer Store to get an update. They said to check with *****, as it had shipped. I did so. ***** eventually responded and said the package reached the ********* hub but was simply an empty package with no contents. Nobody contacted me from either ***** or US Soccer Store. ***** said they informed the shipper of the issue, and I should pursue with them. I did... multiple times, via email, phone, social media, etc. It's now been over 1 month, and nobody from the US Soccer Store is responding. They have stolen my money, and I genuinely feel they are now on the verge of criminal activity. This is simple theft.Initial Complaint

Order number OUSSS178149 I ordered on 11/28. I emailed 5 times or so to ask where my order was. My emails went out over the period of 12/5-12/12. No one replied or got back to me. On 12/13, a label was created. They claimed it shipped but the tracking says awaiting packageI continued to email and miraculously got someone on the phone on 12/20. They too said it shipped but when I challenged that to say that is a label creation, not a shipment, she said she would look into it and send a replacement. Yesterday (12/21), I got an email that said So sorry for the delay. It shipped. Which still, it hasnt shipped. Again, label has been created but no shipment. I have asked for a tracking number of the item that shipped and of course no one is replying. This is ridiculous. Embarrassing. Get it together. Its one jersey of the goalkeeper on the ****** Have that in stock and ready. We want to compete with the *** for popularity but you cant even get a jersey from the US Soccer store in a timely manner. Obviously I wont be getting this for Christmas to give as a gift to my son so Ill be wrapping a picture of the jersey with a sorry. Hopefully it will make it. Its only been a MONTH since I ordered.
