Three times this year I have sent my monthly payment on the first of the month but the payment hasn't been cashed until after the 15th of the month resulting in a late charge. I know the mail is slower these days , but I have no problem with other businesses. I have tried to resolve this with costumer service with no helpBusiness response

We process all payments the day they are received in our lockbox, so there is no delay on our end once a payment is received. We recognize that postal service is slower than in the past, but all residents can easily make payments online 24x7 via our Resident Portal and avoid mail delays. All residents are informed of this quick and easy payment method. This resident was also reminded of this payment service when they called our customer service group.
Residents can also mail their payments earlier to avoid late payments, or drop off a check at our offices. We are happy to walk through the options and processes with the resident if they need assistance.
