    Great Management Company. Taty is responsive and quick to tend to tenants and buildings. They make a real effort to handle things with urgency. Very dependable. The office ladies are awesome to deal with and are very quick to get back to you.

    They are the best property managers in ******* that I have dealt with. Very professional. They screen the tenants thoroughly to find the best tenants and any tenants problems or issues they resolve without needing to call me. They are available 24/7, they do the repairs, pass all the inspections. You can't go wrong with them.I would highly recommend it.

    Great property management company. They are available 24/7, they do the repairs, passed section 8 inspections, rented units both Section 8 and market tenants and stabilized the 12 units property Good people to work with. I would highly reccomend.

    If you want a company that will steal your money then disappear, then this is the company for you. Unprofessional, horrible work, and terrible customer service. We paid them a deposit to do work on our property, before even starting the work, they demanded the complete balance! When asked to prove the work they started, they quit and ran off with our money! Wish we could leave zero stars.
