    Hello,I have been living in my apartment for now two years. My first realty company was 312 Properties 2/15/23 is when I moved in. When we arrived there was a hole in our unit's master bathroom from a leak they stated happened overnight and will be fixed over the weekend that did not happen. That same day we leaked with the dishwasher this leaked for over 48 hours and no one from the management team or maintenance was available to help. Over time for the next year and 3 months, we had several different leaks none of which were handled correctly. On May 1st, 2024 we saw a letter in the building hallway that stated they switched management companies to ***************** they were even less responsive. They started work on my apartment and never finished leaving holes in my hallways and ceilings. We then receive an email from Appfolio stating that we *** rent to another company in September for October rent. This is now WPD property, since October I have had 5 leaks and 1 flood, the heat not working properly( gas bill over $400 for the last 3 months ) mold building up after the leaks and no one has come to repair it. The day the flood happened they did not come until the following week to see the damage they had the guy clean the carpet in the closet in the basement the walls are still molded. We had another leak after and still to this day no one has come to fix it. We currently pay 2299 my uncle is a disabled veteran that stays with us and because of all the problems, his health is declining. We can never get someone on the phone, we received a letter saying our rent will go up in May another $200 dollars. We need help because we pay too much to live in the conditions we are living in. This company is non-responsive and just today I saw them evict someone how, when they are not maintaining where we live.

    I am a Tenant of this so called leasing company and my lights were disconnected without notice. To elaborate, when I leased the apartment, there was an issue with switching the utilities to my name because Comed couldnt find the unit in their system. So they asked me for a meter number. I informed my landlord of this and he was supposed to take care of it. That was December 9th. I came home yesterday and the lights were off. Without the lights, I couldnt even use the thermostat. I emailed and attempted to contact someone or just anyone from management or maintenance. I even filed a complaint with the city. Ive also abandoned my apartment for a hotel stay this weekend. I will also be looking into my legal options as well.

    I just moved into this apartment and landlord will not fix the heat. Its been very cold these past few days and I have become sick. Also theres mold inside the bathroom. I have called and called but Im being ignored by management.

    When I first moved here it smelled like strong Gas someone came and looked at it they said the stove wasnt hooked up all the way. 3months later my ceiling in the bathroom start leaking really bad then the paint in the tub start coming up. My ceiling still have been leaking for months every time some one come look at it they dont fix it .Then my sink in the bathroom start leaking someone came to fix it but it didnt do anything it start leaking even more after that. Then its crackheads that sleep in the hallway pee in the hallway smoke crack in the hallway and everything and Im the only one in the building with 2 little kids and have to walk thru the hallways everyday like this with them in the hallway i dont feel safe its dangerous. Ive told my property manager and she doesnt want to do anything about it or when she send maintenance out they try to fix something but it doesnt work its still broke. The ceiling has been leaking for months and this is pee thats leaking down real bad we cant even use the bathroom I have pots and buckets in the bathroom for hours a day while its leaking.

    This is my last notice about this excessive noise every single night from nieghbors , theft of my property on four occasions, safety here when people that don't live in the building is always inside the building somehow, property manager never returning my calls or messages as well as one about me being locked out of my unit , the nasty filth from nieghbors trashing the out side everyday because they're drunk and high I can't sleep at night here Niether can my kids if this notice is not taken serious by the end of the week I will be seeking an attorney to file this in small claims court so I can get a notice to cease my lease as well as my moving fees and forgiven rent

    I live at **************************************************************. This property is managed by WPD Management. The elevator is in constant disrepair. It has previously been broken for two consecutive Sundays. April 28th and May 5th. My mother is 82 years old she in unable to walk up and down stairs. She walks with a cane. She was not able to go to church on those days. I put in the proper work orders regarding the elevator. Recently, the elevator was broken on Saturday, May 18, 2024. I put a work order at 6:15 am in the morning. The elevator is Still Broken today, Monday, May 20th at 7:38 pm.I texted the Manager, *************************, ************, about this matter during the week of May 6th. I did not receive an answer. I have recently texted him again. He replied to me that "I am not an elevator repairman. This is Unacceptable. My Mother and I have lived in this building for 24 years. We have been a model tenants in that time. Have always paid my rent on time. My Mother is a 82 year old diabetic who walks with a cane. She should not have to be Trapped in her apartment. She is a church going ********* and has been upset that she can't attend church because the elevator is not working. Also, there are three tenants in this building who are in wheelchairs. They shouldn't have to be Trapped in their apartments either. The manager does not seem to care about these matters. This is Ridiculous! When a work order has not been resolved, tenants should be able to go to the manager to get the matter resolved. It's Poor Management to 1st not reply at all to a text. Then to reply that he is not an elevator repairman. Something Needs to be Done About This!

    I have a bill from WPD Management for the month of August 2023. It went from $900 to $200, then when I contacted them, it went to $63. I had paid my rent on time every month before the due date of the 5th for 2 years. They are upset that I moved and I would not sign a new lease. If I owed them why were they going beyond for me to stay. I have reached back out to them about the bill with no response. I do not want this bill to go on my credit report because I owe them nothing. They actually should pay me for being stuck in that building for months with all of its sewage issues. I just want an email stating that I owe them nothing.

    I keep having an issue with the ceiling. Mold and something else that appears to look like mushrooms growing. Black spots spreading throughout the ceiling. My husband put in a request to have it fixed almost a month and still no one has been out. Now we are being asked if we can sign our lease early in exchange for maintenance to happen in the apartment! Why cant issues be resolved now? This isnt how tenants rights work. Despite the date they stated someone will be out no one ever showed up. My lease date isnt until January so my ceiling has to remain this way until then?

    I currently rent one of their properties and the management company seems sketchy. They get you in and dont do any work. Right now my water is off and they never answer their office phone. The property manager tells you he will have something fixed and dont. I found roaches in April. The roaches are still here. And **************** tells me its not a big deal like he has to live here. No response to emails, calls or nothing.

    Building is falling apart.Mice infestation.Parch porch fell in and *************** fell thru the steps and had to be hospitalized.
