    I received bill from this company stating I owe them $418.58 for work they did to reduce my taxes. This is not valid. I did not hire them nor did I sign any contract with them to do this work. And, my taxes have not been reduced. I want this bill wiped clean and I do not want to be contacted by this company ever again. I have found multiple complaints on the BBB website regarding similar issues with this business, which suggests a pattern of fraudulent behavior.I am seeking your assistance in addressing this issue and in taking appropriate action against this business. Any guidance or intervention you can provide would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation from my end.

    The wrong tax calculator was used for the state equalizer and local tax rate . Property Tax Reducers sent me a letter saying "We secured a great victory in your property tax appeal". Bremen ************************** said in a email that it was a small win. Our town's tax advocate agreed and pointed out the error in the tax calculator rate. Besides the fact that Al from the office said that I do not pay for years 2 and 3. This is year 2 for me. I referred our son . He never heard back from them after submitting his paperwork. He sent them many emails and calls, with no response. In the mail I received someone else's ******** of Review. I brought the paperwork to the home where it belonged. I can't believe that this company would mail someone else's papers to our address. I have called, sent a letter , I believe I even sent a email, and never got a response. A bill from Property Tax Reducers has our street name spelled wrong, easy spelling for Greentree! along with returned envelope stamped upside down. I am very disappointed with this company . The communication is absolutely horrible besides the mistakes that they have made. I absolutely would not suggest this company again after all the problems with them. They need to correct the tax calculator and be honest about their "great victory".. Very disappointing and frustrating to deal with Property Tax Reducers.

    This is in response to the Complaint filed by Ms. ****** ******* (Complainant).  We take great pride in our customer service, and we always respond to any concerns or issues.  Unfortunately, we do not remember receiving any communication from the Complainant relating to the tax rate and equalization factor that were used.  Per our agreement with the Complainant and as is standard industry practice, it is the last known equalization factor and tax rate that is used.  At the time the Complainants decision was issued (March 11, 2024), the last known equalization factor and tax rate was ******% and ******%, respectively.  Since the Complainants decision, the last known equalization factor and tax rate is now ******% and 11.990%.  Indeed, per the attached press release, the new equalization factor was not announced until May 20, 2024, which is over 2 months after the Complainants Decision.  Accordingly, the correct equalization factor and tax rate were used.  Nevertheless, we understand that the Complainants desired settlement is a billing adjustment.  Accordingly, and to ensure that Complainant is entirely satisfied with their experience, the invoice will be canceled 100%.  We trust this addresses Complainants concern and that this is 100% satisfactory with Complainant.

    I received on numerous occasions, a bill from this company stating I owe them $500 for work they did to reduce my taxes. This is not valid. I did not hire them nor did I sign any contract with them to do this work. And, my taxes have not been reduced. I want this bill wiped clean and I do not want to be contacted by this company ever again.

    this company was supposed to lower my taxes. they worked on the wrong address. i have told them for over 1 1/2 years that they have the wrong house. i have called ************ at least 10 times and have never received a callback. they have the wrong P.I.N. for my house. i just want to be forever rid of these invoices.

    I don't agree with the bill that I have received for $346.52 Property tax reducers did not do any work that resulted in decreasing my property value. I don't owe this company anything and I want them to stop sending me this bill.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally report a fraudulent business that has engaged in deceptive practices and has been unresponsive to my attempts to resolve the issue. The business in question has attempted to bill me for services that I neither requested nor authorized.Here are the details of the situation:Business Name: PROPERTY TAXT REDUCERS Addresses Provided by the Business:************************************************************************************************************************************ I have encountered several problems with this business:Unauthorized Billing: I received a bill for services that were not requested or performed.Lack of Communication: My attempts to resolve this issue through their automated phone system have been unsuccessful. My messages have not been returned, and I have not received any correspondence from the business.Vacant Locations: I visited both of the addresses provided by the business. At both locations, I found that the storefronts were vacant and did not appear to be operational.Additionally, I have found multiple complaints on the BBB website regarding similar issues with this business, which suggests a pattern of fraudulent behavior.I am seeking your assistance in addressing this issue and in taking appropriate action against this business.     PTR has been sending me unwanted solicitation for service by mail for years, I have never responded. I filed for property tax on-line exemption with Cook county assessor 3/4/24 and received approval for filing number in May 2024. PTR accessed my property tax pin/information from public records and sent letter with billing July 2024 claiming that the exemption that I applied for personally, was done at their request. I would like to file a complaint against PTR because I have never agreed or contracted any service from that company. I have emails to verify exemption I filed myself from cook county assessor office.

    I received a bill from Property Tax Reducer. I received a bill last year from them and I paid it. Im not sure as to why lm receiving another bill this year. I have made several phone calls to Property Tax Reducer and know one has return my call. Im very upset because I was told last year that would not have to make another payment. Please HELP me I dont know what to do

    I'm being charged for something I do signing up for. I called the office of the Law Firm and requested them to send me a copy of the request they said I submitted. I wasn't aware of the debit

    We contacted the client and sent them the Service Agreement they signed and various other documents, including the Official Decision from the County and our Invoice.  Subsequently, the client made payment online.  We believe the client simply forgot about the Service Agreement and our Services.  We trust the client will continue to work with us given the excellent results obtained.

    I have never heard of, hired or retained these attorneys. They falsely filed a complaint (#*******) with the cook county assessors office for my home at ***************************************************. PIN ******************. The attorney we did hire, now can not try to reduce our property taxes because there is an open complaint already. I have called and left a message and I have emailed them to cease and desist. They have not responded.
