I received a bill from Property Tax Reducer. I received a bill last year from them and I paid it. Im not sure as to why lm receiving another bill this year. I have made several phone calls to Property Tax Reducer and know one has return my call. Im very upset because I was told last year that would not have to make another payment. Please HELP me I dont know what to doBusiness response

I'm being charged for something I do signing up for. I called the office of the Law Firm and requested them to send me a copy of the request they said I submitted. I wasn't aware of the debitBusiness response

We contacted the client and sent them the Service Agreement they signed and various other documents, including the Official Decision from the County and our Invoice. Subsequently, the client made payment online. We believe the client simply forgot about the Service Agreement and our Services. We trust the client will continue to work with us given the excellent results obtained.Initial Complaint

I have never heard of, hired or retained these attorneys. They falsely filed a complaint (#*******) with the cook county assessors office for my home at ***************************************************. PIN ******************. The attorney we did hire, now can not try to reduce our property taxes because there is an open complaint already. I have called and left a message and I have emailed them to cease and desist. They have not responded.Business response

The Consumer's complaint ****** that our Company filed a "complaint with the *****************************" for her home, 726 ***********, ********, ** 60025. However, attached as Exhibit A is a printout from the ***************************** specifically indicating that the Consumer filed an appeal solely on her own, without an attorney, which is currently "in process". We wish the Consumer good luck with her appeal, but there is nothing showing that we filed an appeal at the ***************************** on her behalf. We trust this was a misunderstanding, and if we can be of further assistance with the Consumer please let ** know.Best,Property Tax Reducers
