      The website blockshopper.com lists information about a property with my name as the owner, which I am not. Following their instructions, I notified them and asked that the listing be corrected (and even provided the local ******************************** website with the correct information they could verify. They do not respond in any way and the incorrect information is still online.(As an aside, most of the information about the property is completely wrong. So anyone using the site should beware and not rely on this site.)

      I searched ****** and discovered block shoppers personal info public. I need assistance in getting it removed. I dont consent to my info being made public. I emailed and tried calling . No response , can you assist me with thus? Thank you

      Due to laws , I have elected to restrict public access to my private information (for example , ALL of my previous and current address and phone numbers). State laws does not make my private information public. I work in public sector with mentally ill patients. Providing such information, publicly poses significant safety threats to my family including minor children. I have worked hard to make sure that information is not publicly available. Blockshopper undermines all safety efforts by providing my name, my family's name, our address and personal information without my consent. Despite my email on 8/14/23 to opt-out, Blockshopper denies the request and responds, "it's our goal to be accurate and consistent, we don't simply edit the public record on any request. "

      I am the victim of identity theft and harassment due to this company. They have been cyber bullying me by doxxing my personal information on the internet. I have requested they remove my personal information from their website by email and certified letter. They have absolutely ignored every request and have continued to use my data on their website. This company is falsely claiming to be a real estate company; therefore they can take advantage of ******** laws for data brokers and access my public records. Although ******** laws allow others to access our public records, the company still has an obligation to not use public records with malicious intent. Block shopper is hiding behind a fake company to cyber bully and harass people. I do not feel safe, and this company and their practices should be investigated.

      Hello, I have been inquiring this business to remove inaccurate and personal information related to a real estate transaction in ********. I do not want my personal full name and address to be readily available online as it can be used against me by third parties. I have inquired multiple times to the website owner (*******************************) who has been reluctant to remove any personal record about me. I take my privacy very seriously and this website has been extremely difficult to acknowledge my request and help. I would seek for a third party able to help me ***** this request to remove my full name and the one of my wife. I want to mention also that the way the information is provided is inaccurate / outdated.       I am complaining as per ********** Law and the Federal Law my privacy to opt out, Blockshoppers is violating my privacy rights and has refused to remove the rest of the information that I sent ********, they removed a portion of the information. I am already in contact with the ************** as she is violating a cease and desist order that was given about a year ago. While the information was removed then, right now it shows my information in the Owner side when you put in my name. By law she is to remove everything I asked her to as the law states Name, address, etc as per consumer request to not sell and opt out. She has not done that. This is not for public use. My information is blocked, due to the sensitive issue. I have let certain authorities know of this. She is to comply because she is violating the law which is very serious at this point. I sent ******** the link showing that my information has not been removed in a certain area and still needs to be removed.

      I'm sure that you've received the same complaint from many others, but they have me and my wife's personal information - names and address, etc - on their site and they refuse to remove it after I requested they do so. Could really use some help here; without going in detail, this is a threat to our personal safety. And of course the privacy laws in the US are basically meaningless. Appreciate any help you can provide.       I am a federal prosecutor (an Assistant **** Attorney), and, under ***** Tax Code Section 25.025(a)(15) and (b), I have elected to restrict public access to information regarding my address (that is, information indicating the address where I and my husband live). Accordingly, Dallas County Appraisal District does not make public the fact that my husband and I own the house at our address, and I have worked hard to make sure that information is not publicly available, as it can compromise my safety and the safety of my family. Blockshopper's website undermines those efforts by publicizing (without my consent) my name, my husbands name, and our address. Although Blockshopper's website indicates that it will, upon request, remove my information from its website (because I am in law enforcement) and that it will respond to my request for removal within 48 hours, Blockshopper has not responded to my repeated requests and has not removed my personal information from its website. Specifically, pursuant to Blockshopper's website's instructions, I emailed them on February 23, 2023, March 1, 2023, and April 11, 2023, telling them that I am a federal prosecutor, and for safety reasons, I am requesting that they remove my personal information from their website. I also faxed them on April 23, 2023. As of today, I have received no response or even an acknowledgement that they have received my removal request.

      This company is posting personal information about me, as well as my private address, on their website. I contacted them to ask them to remove it. After I was called a "bitch" by one of their staff members, they refused to remove my information. In ********, they are not classified as a furnisher of consumer records or a furnisher of public records. That said, they have no authority whatsoever to post my personal information on their website. That said, I will *** them for violating my rights if it is not removed.
