  I have worked for this property as a contractor for a couple of years. They decided a year ago to stop paying for services that we provided. We were owed about $20,000 at first and they paid some of what is owed. There is still an outstanding balance that has been ignored by all of the rude and unprofessional employees at the main office. As a small business owner they have almost bankrupted us. Please take payment before the work is started. They will not return emails or phone calls. The manager ******************* is irresponsible and unbelievably oblivious when it comes to honoring contracts. Please avoid doing any work for this property.

  I 've been here for 14 years these last 6 years have been the worst there's always something wrong with the heat or air it never works. Now my hot water tank busted I can't even get them to call me back to see when it's going to get fixed the carpet is soiled from the water leaking I've been without hot water for days.

  The place is nasty and they don't fix anything I live here for 5 year they never paint for medical reason they have to remove the carpet in the floor I been waiting for 5 year all ready they have me without ac for 5 year every time I call they always said they have a work order on file but they never fix anything if you thinking about ************ please think twice liberty square apartment ******************************************************************** the carpet in my apartment been wet more than 20 time water for second floor and the last my boiler broke I have to wait 1 week without hot water and with the carpet in the hall and my room wet and is disgusting is filthy but they don't fix anything help please the window blade are broken some do not open or close I have to do it by hand

  This property management company is horrible,true enough I was locked out of my apartment it too almost 4 hours called a professional locksmith that helped us into the apartment they need a better maintenance department its horrible..

  Sad to say this is just another slum lord. I had to wait over a year for them to seal the crack in their foundation to stop watering from seeping in. Now 9months and waiting for them to find a contractor to replace the carpet that had ************ damage. Just another corporation collecting money and not taking care of their properties. Their own phone line was off at one point. Lights in numerous properties were out as well making it extremely dangerous for tenants to come home at night. Its not the staff although the women seriously need customer service classes. In the 3yrs there has been 3 different property managers. Its like a revolving door with staff so you cant build a report with anyone. My heat went out during business ************* get fixed until the following day. As if heat isnt an issue in the winter ******** have small children. Not to mention the state stop paying their portion of rent because they cant pass **** inspections!
