I went into the Craveworthy Brands loc for the 1st time today (***************). In an attempt to enter into a $100 Promotion, the ** Code prompted me to leave a review. I posted that: 1). music was too loud -- which it was. The hostess (*****) and I kept having to shout ************ over it to place my order. 2). Turn on air when there is a heat weather ALERT. You can feel the air on, but it wasn't pushing any pressure to it. As I dinned in, because they adjusted the doors from the 4 kitchens (per *****). A male person comes out (Mngr - *******?) & shows ***** my review. He starts laughing and talking in hush tones to her about it. He kept looking at me while he was doing it. She didn't participate in the unprofessionalism. She walk away. .As I was leaving, I notice another ** Code on the receipt. I scanned ******* was not working. I ask the Hostess what is suppose to populate when you scan this code off the receipt. She yelled at the *********** *******?) in the back, what is the ** Code linked to. He promptly whisks over to me. AND CONFIRTATIONALLY GETS IN MY FACE & said what's wrong?! Hostess asked the question again- as I was taken by the response. He aggressively whips out his phone and said I can scan it. I said, " your ** Code is not working. That's all I was letting you know". He said, OKAY! WELL YEAH. IT DOESN'T WORK! While cocking his head to me. WE'VE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 2 MTHS. And constantly kept standing there in a defensive way. I prompted said to the lady ~ "have a good day" & walked out. I went on LinkedIn -- after not being able to locate a contact # for Corporate on-line. On their Business Profile, I specifically asked for contact info for: ***** ********, to share my customer experience. Someone PROMPTLY replied, "what can I help you with"? I replied, "Who is this". It's been 2+hrs thus far & I still have not received a response. My ticket for one dine-in person was $33.42. I did not deserve to be mistreated in any kind of way!
