On February 18th, I, as a customer, placed an order for ************************ through the Little Caesars website. This order was intended for ************************ athletics, specifically for delivery to the *****************************. I meticulously entered the correct address for delivery during the ordering process. However, despite my efforts, the website repeatedly displayed glitches throughout the day, causing disconnections and price fluctuations.Upon finally placing the order, I ensured that the delivery instructions explicitly specified the correct destination: the ***************************** at ************************. Despite these efforts, the order was processed with an incorrect address. The website omitted the first number in the address, resulting in a delivery location that is neither valid nor real.To exacerbate matters further, on the scheduled delivery date, the order was redirected to another Little Caesars restaurant located 30 minutes away from the intended destination. As a result, the order failed to reach ************************ as planned. Instead, it was delivered by ******** almost two hours past the agreed-upon time and carelessly thrown onto the sidewalk of an unrelated address. I received a distressing image showing pizza boxes haphazardly stacked on the side of the road.Following this debacle, I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting Little Caesars' corporate number. However, my efforts were met with significant obstacles. I endured over 30 minutes on hold, only to be redirected to another customer service number. Despite speaking to a representative who attributed the problem to ********, my attempts to escalate the matter were fruitless. Promises of a supervisor's immediate callback were left unfulfilled, and my subsequent calls were met with additional delays and unhelpful responses.Specifically, I demand that Little Caesars provide ************************ with store credit equivalent to the full cost of the undelivered order.
