      This company recurrently charges customers $29.99 once you make a purchase despite never making purchases for this amount. I noticed that I was UNKNOWINGLY charged this fee TWICE!! I did purchase from Cloggs back on 2/20 and since then have been charged monthly. Even for the purchase I tried to return because they dont ship priority as they advertise so I didnt get the item in the timeframe needed. I then requested a return but they gave some BS statement I just decided to LIG and move on. Now they have been charging me monthly. Please still clear and just buy Birkenstocks!! These are HORRIBLE quality anyway. The picture is the ONLY amount I authorized them to take!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE NOT SPOKE TO THIS BUSINESS!! They have not called nor emailed me. Clearly they provide FAKE and UNTRUTHFUL responses to all of these complaints. The thing that I noticed they are doing is marking a rewards club as FREE but then deduct $30 from customer accounts for this rewards club! This is fraud and as a consumer I am demanding a resolution to this so that they do not continue to fraud consumers!

      Ordered a pair of shoes from Cloggs. Took a month to get and when they arrived they stunk and were covered in glue. Contacted by email and they said I could not refund. I kept them unwillingly. Now, days later I get a charge for $29.99 and it says unfulfilled. I ordered nothing else obviously and am now having my bank dispute the charge and am having a new card sent. This is absolutely ridiculous! I tried to call the number my bank said to call to reach cloggs and it was not a working number. This is a scam!!!#***** order number

      In early March 2024, I placed an order with **************************. The product took over five weeks to arrive, was poorly packaged with a strong chemical smell, and looked significantly different from how it was advertised online.Since that purchase, I have been charged four unauthorized amounts on my card by the company:$29.99 on 3/27 $26.99 on 3/30 $21.59 on 4/5 $19.99 on 4/15 I contacted Cloggs customer service with my order number, name, email address, and screenshots verifying my purchase. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no meaningful response or ************* credit card company has since denied these charges after I reported them as fraudulent. However, the company has continued to bill me without authorization, which raises serious concerns about its business practices.Cloggs committed to providing me with a quality product and a one-time charge, but instead, Ive dealt with delayed delivery, deceptive advertising, and repeated billing without consent.I am filing this complaint due to the lack of response, ongoing fraudulent charges, and misleading advertising.

      I am rejecting the businesss response because their claim that the issue has been resolved is false. I have not received any reply to my emails sent on 4/8, 4/14, and 4/15. It is troubling that the business would report to the BBB that the matter is resolved when they have made no attempt to contact me directly. I find this level of dishonesty and lack of accountability deeply concerning.

      I am rejecting this response because the companys claim is false. I have not received any communication from Cloggs, nor have they responded to my emails dated 4/8, 4/14, and 4/15. Ive attached a PDF of the full email trail, accessed today (4/25/2025), for reference.

      This is now the second time Clogg's has responded to the BBB with inaccurate information. Due to the lack of responsiveness, fraudulent activity and dishonestly on part of the company, I will be filing a formal complaint with the *************************

      It seems I have a very similar issue like everyone else. This seller uses very sketchy business practices and their customer support team has very poor communication.After purchasing a single item, I was immediately hit with a second charge for a second item I did not authorize. I contacted their support team immediately to cancel the order OR re-place the order. Following that first email would be a month-long back-and-forth email chain where the support team member (***** J) would respond with automated messages instead of addressing my concerns.Additionally, I was charged a $29.99 unknown fee, according to others here - is a subscription I never authorized.This seller actively ignores its customers and will do nothing to remedy the situation. This seller/brand has reduced this experience to simply a scam and I suggest everyone affected to contact their banks to dispute as this seller doesnt seem to address anyones issues here on BBB either.

I will be reporting this business and my experience with the ************************. For everyone affected, dispute the transactions, flag as fraudulent with your bank, and if you have the time, report this business to the FTC.

      April 7 2025 is the date of transaction. Paid $38.61 USD for shoes . ***** refused to tell me why there is a shipping delay and refuses to cancel. After reading all the awful scam reviews of this company I realized my shoes will take at least a month to ship. This company is a scam and should be shut down. Please look into this business.

      On March 23, I went on the Cloggs website to purchase a pair of men's shoes. I found a pair, typed in my credit card information, but then read the reviews that stated this was a scam. I deleted the information from the ordering page and then closed the site on my computer. This past week I looked at my statement and saw that I had been charged for 2 pairs of shoes on March 26. I emailed them as there is no telephone number and did not hear back. I looked back on my email inbox and they sent me a confirmation email addressed to "Hi *****...." My name is ****. My account was charged in the amount of $67.35. The following email was received: Hi *****,We've got some good news! All of the items from order ***** have now been shipped: (March 26, 6:47 am).

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not order them.  I do not want them.  They captured my credit card information when I first considered buying (1) pair and then I deleted it (BEFORE CLICKING SUBMIT) They must have copied it. If you put your credit card information in and then delete it I don't understand how they could have received the order.

      I also received multiple emails addressed to ***** and have no idea where they would have come up with that name since the name on the credit card and email account it ******.  I did not order them and if they should arrive I will ship them back.  I do not want their product and I would like to be refunded the money that they took from account without my permission.  Thank you

      On 3/9 an order was placed and 2 charges were incurred on credit card. I immediately requested a refund for the second, duplicate, charge. Finfally, on 3/24, I was told I would be refunded. I had to communicate numerous times for tracking information from the initial order with what seems to be a robot responder. Finally, after 1 solid month, we received the order however, we did NOT receive a refund rather was told a second package was shipping. Today, 4/11/25, 2 additional unauthorized charges appear from the company. I am requesting a full refund for 3 unauthorized charges as well as the original purchase due to defective product upon arrival. It is impossible to communicate with the company.

      I ordered a pair of shoes for $42 from this website, but they never shipped them to me. I contacted customer service over a dozen times to request a refund, and they stonewalled and ignored my request repeatedly. Then today, they charged an additional $30 to my debit card. I had not placed an additional order and had never agreed to paying any additional money to the company. They are a scam and a fraudulent business and I will not stop fighting until I get a full refund--including a refund of the amount I paid for shipping that they never used to pay for shipping.
