    I bought ************* Merchandise in the amount of $385.89 on 02/28/24 in the Madhouse Store in *************. Their machine kept asking me to swipe my card a couple of times since the register did not print a receipt. When I went home, I noted that my debit card was charged $385.89 three times. I have the receipt that showed same transaction number. I went back to the store and I was told to wait because they could not find the transaction. The next day I got a call from someone from the store that they will refund me my money, they just couldnt do it through my debit card because it was from *************** so they need another card to send the money back. I have called them multiple times but it will go to voicemail. Pls note that I had to buy a Bulls Ticket to get into the ************* just to bring the issue to them after the purchase.
