I went to this place because I was in the need of a public notary, I had 4 important documents that needed to be signed by a notary, I handed the person all the documents, he signed 2 of the 4 documents and the other two he didnt sign them, when the documents clearly said that the need to be signed by a public notary, when I checked I had 2 of the 4 documents that needed to be signed, I texted him letting him know that he forgot to sign those two other documents and he said that I will need to pay another $20 for him to sign the rest of the paperwork.

In response to this matter, please be advised that this customer called me for notary **********************, that day she came late and I waited for her, when she got to may office I treated her with respect and honesty as I usually do with all my customers.

She show me the documents and I review them and by the lender instruction there were only 2 ducuments and 4 4 signature needed, those places were marked with a yello arrow indicating the places where to sign, based on that I charge her, the rest of the forms had to be signed by the lender, of course, I can not notarize that. She was ok and left my office happy, than**** me for the service.

Two days latter she called as**** me why i did not sign the lender section, I told her there was no need to sign them, there were no instruction to sign them, there were no yellow arrows, she asid that she wanted them sign anyway, I told her there was a charge for those additional signature, after I said that she when off on me ******* me thief, and all **** of ****** such as delinquent and so on, I tried to explain and work with her but she hung up the phone call. the next day she put a review in ****** calling me bad names, thief and delinquent, thanks God ****** removed it, because it did not complied with their policy, the next dat she put another review in Yelp. Honestly I do not understand what is going on with this person, I have served the ********************** for 25 years and I never had an issue with no one.

Attached you will find a sample document instructing where to sign, the document she brought me were similar to this.

I respectfully ask you to read this and make your just desicion.

    Thanks
