    You better cancel your subscription days before the last day because if you do it the same day because you're burying your mother or something and you didn't see the email they still charge you even though it's 3 minutes later that they charged you after you canceled it they still charged you and do not give refunds and that does not work I don't know why all these people say it does I think it's all in their head bad business bad customer service.

    They made it nearly impossible to cancel my subscription took no effort to sign back in and turn it on but to turn it off you have to have all your login info and you have like 8 seconds to sign in its a ******* joke I have requested them multiple times to cancel my subscription but nope still get charged $75 a month **** these guys i am never using this **** again.

    This review is challenging to hear because upon review it appears you were able to cancel without any issue or hassle on multiple occasions previously. Not only can you log in and pause or cancel with the click of a button, but if you struggled to log into your account for any reason you successfully emailed support and your request was honored. We understand you have a choice in who you spend your money with and we appreciate that you've entrusted BlueChew over the years.

    They sold this c*** to my ADHD, 5th grade level high school student. We monitor what he does on his account and school computer, when I tried calling they send you back to their website. Pretty frustrating that you can't speak to someone. I have emailed them but have yet to have a positive outcome. If I could rate them zero I would.

    Based on the information provided the concern was properly escalated for review and appropriate handling; however, it is difficult to respond directly to a relative as opposed to the patient and therefore we understand the frustration this could cause for the non-patient herself.

    As i went to cancel my subscription because i was supposed to pay 14 a month as advertised but was actually charged 20 and then once i canceled theu charged me ***** to cancel then i was charged twice again for *****. This is not right and something has to be done about them taking customers money like this. I cant get ahold of a real person to evem speak with to try *** resolve this issue.

    We believe there is some confusion as the first order included the first time order $20 Off promotion, and the subsequent order was $28.95 total. There was no cancellation charge of $14.95 nor were there two charges of $28.95 thereafter. There would have been an authorization hold on your second order, but that turns into a singular charge only once it goes through the review and approval process. We hope that helps - the support team is available 24/7 and most responses are sent back same day!

    My card was fraudulently used for this. When I spoke to customer care regarding it they were so unbelievably rude. Did not help in any way to handle the issue. Told me if I am not the patient then basically ***** to be you. I am sorry but I don't trust a company who is so aggressive because something fraudulently happened. They could have at the least given me some direction on what I can do to get the issue resolved. Nope they just want the money and don't care at all if it is being given fraudulently. I understand privacy for the patient but if it is brought to your attention that the payment is fraudulent then they need to do something more than just decide to start being rude.

    Do not do Business with Blue Chew, I paid $37.00 for an order and have never received my order. It was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 Business days, her it is over a week, and I still have not received my order. The phone number in the Web. goes to a recording, the support email, you answer a few questions online from some company linked to Blue Chew and they want you to give them your Credit Card information for them to charge you $1 to help you resolve any matter with Blue Chew they in turn wants you to pay $60.00 a month to be a member. Blue Chew is a RIP OFF!!!, do not do business with this Company, if you do you will be sorry. I will never trust them again, and from the looks of what I'm reading from the BBB, the Blue Chew Product is not that good of a Product, Don't waste your Money.

    I placed an order with bluechew, it was simply a one-time order, paid with my cc, and received my order promptly. A week later they sent me another order I never asked for or ordered, and charged my card againthis time for $59.25. No one responds, answers requests or answers the phone. I found the instructions for canceling from bluechew, here's the kicker! they charge you $15.00 to cancel and send a cancelation letter to themselves! This company is despicable. please don't do business with them.
