I stepped out of my car in their parking lot for something quick, less than 2 minutes they booted my car with 3 people and forced me to pay 170 saying the minute I step out of the premises I need to pay. This is against the law and I need my money back.Initial Complaint

On December 26 around 6:30 PM, I visited the ******* facility for a quick walk-in to pick up my modem. I was inside for less than 5 minutes, and when I returned to my truck, I discovered it had been booted. I approached the attendant, who informed me that the parking lot belonged to ******************** and that I wasn't supposed to park there, despite the bank being closed at the time. I explained that I was only gone for a few minutes, but he insisted I pay the boot fee.I believe this situation was unfair, as my visit was brief and the bank was closed. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and will not be using their services in the future.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally complain about an incident involving my vehicle being unlawfully booted by Innovative Parking Solutions employee, ********* *****, on 12/21/24 at approximately 8:34 PM. The incident occurred at the ********** located at the corner of ***** and ********** in *******, ***Details of the Incident:* Unfounded Claim: Mr. ***** falsely claimed my vehicle, a ********** Outlander, was parked for 18 minutes prior to the booting.* Evidence of False Claim: * My uncle's bank statement shows a ********** purchase receipt with a timestamp of approximately 8:18 PM, proving we were inside the restaurant at that time. * We remained inside the restaurant for approximately 16 minutes after ordering, leaving the resturant around 8:34 PM.* Unprofessional and Discourteous Behavior: * Mr. ***** did not attempt to resolve the issue on-site. * He engaged in inappropriate behavior, such as speaking to random bystanders and attempting to involve them in the situation. * He encouraged me to call the police instead of attempting to resolve the matter directly. * Upon police arrival, it became apparent that Mr. ***** may have an established relationship with the responding officer, raising concerns about potential collusion or preferential treatment.* Release of Information: I request the following information regarding ********* ***** for my public relations records: * Full Name * Date of Hire * Employee ID Number * Disciplinary History (if any)* Investigation and Appropriate Action: I request that Innovative Parking Solutions conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including reviewing surveillance footage from the ********** and any other relevant evidence.* Assurance of Future Compliance: I request assurances that Innovative Parking Solutions will take steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, including proper employee training and adherence to all relevant city ordinances.Initial Complaint

After parking, I exited my car and walked around to Subways second entry door to greet the rest of my party and walk in together. My daughter went back to the car to retrieve something, and saw the car being booted. The employee continued to boot the car even though she told him to stop. According to the Innovative Parking Solutions employee, I entered the parking lot at 1:29 pm on 11/24/2024 and he booted my car at 1:33 pm. Before we could enter the establishment, my car had already been booted!I have attached a receipt proving that we were customers at ****** (time stamped 1:36 pm on 11/24/2024).Initial Complaint

This is a complaint in regards to a deceptive practice of "Innovative Parking Solutions"The premises posted signs that parking was for patrons only. We were in fact patrons of the business listed, however we were booted anyways. The business in question said that we were liable to be booted because we weren't exclusively patrons of their business. However, nowhere in their signage or posted rules did it say patrons would need to exclusively enter their business.Furthermore, the employee of "innovative Parking Solutions" was not clearly wearing a uniform that identified them as an employee of this company While this business does have the right to boot patrons under ordinance 4-6-230, they did not explicitly state that patrons were prohibited from visiting other businesses. Furthermore, the employee enforcing the booting was not clearly identified as a member of the business which is in violation of the business license provided by the city of ******* which states " Licensee agrees that its employees or agents shall wear uniforms including coats or vests that clearly identify them as employees of the specific booting company.Initial Complaint

IM writing to report predatory parking company called innovative parking solutions located in *******. they set traps in parking lots. waylaying people in unmarked cars, as soon as you step out of your car, within 1 - 5 minutes, they immediately put a boot on the car and demand an immediate $170 to remove it. i went into a ********* parking lot. i was going to buy items at ********* but remembered something quick needed across the street. within **** than 2 minutes, i caught them putting a boot on my car. i told them i was a ********* customer and thats shy i had packed there and had just bought a water. they demanded i pay $170 on the spot even though i was going into ********* any way. i have seen hundreds if similar cases on their ****** reviews of many people complaining of the same predatory parking booting without a ticket. please see the reviews of other people for more information.Initial Complaint

Date of occurrence 10/6/24 I parked in a parking lot on a Sunday at Athletico Therapy at ********************************* The sign says parking for athletico visitors only. Its Sunday they are closed. I walked across the street for less than one minute the business owner told me you better go back because you will get a boot so I went back as I got to my car. The person just finished drilling the boot on my wheel and was walking away. ********** refused to take it off then Mrs ****** said I need $170 cash only and if I dont get it in 20 minutes Im gonna tow your car never gave me the option for credit card which I noticed later at the bottom of the receipt so Im running around looking for an ATM. Innovative Parking Solutions booted my car and many others on the morning of October 5th, 2024. I circled the lot twice but there were no spots so I put my blinkers on in front of the business to take out money from the **************. I was 5 feet away and could see my car through the window. I witnessed a man dressed in all black crouching by my car. I ran out because I thought he was trying to break in and he had booted my car. There was no signage for fire lane or booting cars in view. They asked for $185 CASH ONLY (their receipts say **** and ********** are accepted). They did not have proper uniform so I didn't and still don't trust them. They recorded me (illegally) without telling me and to top it off, they had their vehicle parked illegally (I have video proof). This is very shady business and the employees made eye contact with me and never identified themselves or gave me a verbal warning.I called ************ for complaints/suggestions and the man on the phone insisted I identify and disclose my place of employment.Initial Complaint

My car was booted in the parking lot at 1658 N. Milwaukee this morning as a patron of the *** store. I left my car to stretch my legs by walking along the sidewalk for a few minutes while waiting for the store to open (the online listing says *** opens at 8:30am, but when I arrived at 8:40 it wasn't open yet). I returned to my car to find a man who said that it had been booted bc I had left the premises. I was required to pay $170 to have the boot removed. I had been walking on the sidewalk alongside the northside of the property for less than 10 minutes while waiting for *** to open. I did not see him boot my car bc he was crouched behind my car on the other side. According to the website, the store said it would be open at 8:30am, so I was an active patron waiting to be served during posted operating hours, parked legally in a private lot listed for *** patrons. The Innovative Solutions employee said I had left the premises, but I was literally on the sidewalk alongside the building. I was not patronizing another business, and I was not parked illegally.Innovative Parking Solutions is a predatory, unethical company. I am appealing for a refund of my $170. If the property owner wants to hire a company to make sure that only patrons have a right to use their lot, Innovative Parking Solutions is a poor choice as they are defeating the very purpose for which they were hired.
