    My son was in an auto accident. Out the Mud Towing was at the scene.. They assured me they were going to take my car to Gerber Auto Collision in ************ where I instructed them to take it THREE TIMES. They deliberately took it to the address of this company, ********************************************** where it sat for a week accruing over $1400 worth of storage fees. They never had any intentions of taking it to Gerber. The accident was at 11 in the morning so it was not an issue of time. They never contacted me or my insurance company to say the car was there. They charged over $1400 CASH to get the car out only to be towed by another towing company. This business preys on vulnerable people ! They should not be licensed (if they even are) and shut down.

    I was in an accident and supposedly told by this company they would tow my car to Gerber Auto in ************ per my instruction. The insurance adjuster said it is not there and I have no idea where my car is. I try calling them and get no answer. The voice mail is full. I wonder if they are legitimate. I cant find my car !!!! Where is my car ??! Please help
