    I would not recommend this company to anybody. I dropped my car off May 6. Im at almost 2 months in. I have picked it up twice since then and it is not been fixed today. I asked the owner if I could please have a refund just to take my car somewhere else. He told me he needed my transmission. This is where I get confused I paid you to rebuild my transmission why would you need to have the transmission out of my car to return to your manufacturer so you can get your money back that just doesnt make sense to me so I believe I was charged for a rebuild kit when actually a used transmission was put into my vehicle. I will be taking my vehicle to get inspected to make sure the serial number on that transmission is what supposed to be in my vehicle , I have attorneys to handle this from here On out I will be suing them for all of my headache and days of work missed as well as all of my Uber bills. This place is a joke. I intend to let everybody I come in contact with about this place of business. I intend to report them to every source of media outlet and any source of business outlet stay away.

    we installed the 1st rebuilt transmissions for her , we have waived all the storage fee till picked up, we treated her with respect, called later stated he vehicle broke in ********* area even though we do not cover as per our terms and conditions also no one supposed to touch our work as all that voids warranty, we paid over $500 to bring it back and found dented transmission oil pan that has voided her warranty , we have documented all the damages we found in her vehicle due to abuse, still the office manager replaced it with another unit and informed her that she does not have a warranty with us any more, anywa she piacked up again in perfect working order called a weeks later again stating that she has a problem in the transmission doe snot shift btw this is cvt transmission should not sft just speed up in variable gear ratio, we asked her to bring the vehicle back to the shop to look at it and if still want a refund , she said she will not bring it back or let us have the transmisison on her vehcile and install her original effective units without a charge, we spend over $7K and while i was taking to her to hanged up the call and was rude with me and with my office, later she started having bad reviews in many social medias also in bbb also informed us that she is taking this case to the court so we can prove with documents and photos all the damages she made to the transmission also defaming our business and she refusing to talk to us as if she has an edge over all. we are prepping her case to court and will be sued accordingly. that is our final answer
