    BEWARE of the credit card charges from club1hotels. They charged me twice for the discounted gift card I bought ($800). They seem to use a s***** company to process the credit cards. After I contacted them couple of times about the double billing, *************************************************************************************************** 4 days. It's been more than 10 days and I still DO NOT see the refund posted to my card yet.

    DON'T DO IT! I booked a vacation through Club1, only to find out Club1 never contacted the resort on my behalf. By the time I found out, the resort was sold out and I could not even book through the resort. I paid over $2000 to Club1. They have yet to issue a refund. Multiple attempts to call have gone unanswered. Text and emails receive no response. It's a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Never again. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM! Definitely not worthy of even 1 star, but had to give star rating to leave review.

    Fraud!! Stay Away from this company. I booked a loan through affirm for the dates August 2-7, 2024 at ************** (*******). Loan on affirms end was processed $1,822.24. Got to the hotel, no reservations. Contacted Club 1 no voice calls on text. Text them, they said they never got paid. Sent them all the proof they need still no help, no compassion, no care in the world. This company operates through text, so if you are trying to communicate it will be by text only! (Fraud)Secondly, the reservation document that they sent font detailing is clearly not legitimate. Document looks like a child typed it. Please don't fall for this. I am going to fight this to the highest point. They referred me back to affirm, meanwhile affirm is saying they got paid and I got proof of this. I assure you; I will expose this business and make certain they are thoroughly investigated. Wouldn't want this to happen to another patron.

    Stay away from this company at all costs! Their customer service is only through texting. They also post false prices and then blame you for booking them. They don't refund the money and come up with excuses. I booked a vacation and the card wouldn't work so I used another one. Both cards were charged only for them to tell me that the price was not accurate and they blamed the actual resort. ***** later that price is still on their website and my relatives booked it and received a confirmation ad well. When I told them this they said that that was absurd. I wish I would have read these reviews before booking with such a shady company. **** and unprofessional representatives. ***** never actually speak to anyone. Stay away from this website at ALL costs.

    I booked a trip to ****** through this company and we were not able to go due to my wife's pregnancy. We cancelled well within the time for a full refund and still have not received it over 18 months later. You can never talk to anyone and they always send you either an email or text saying its being taking care of and it never is...they just keep ignoring you. For what it's worth, I would highly recommend you be very cautious before booking with this company as I have never dealt with a customer service like this.

    They charged twice for my reservation in the amount of $ ******** (total $ ********) and after that they charged 4 times more that were reversed due to my complaints, I cancelled the reservation but never got my money back, this company is a rip-off, they don't have a proper communication system in place only email or text message. Don't use this company for your hotel reservations because you are going to get scammed.

    Hello *******,We are quite surprised by your review given we have been in constant communication with you and provided you this evidence from our credit card processor that both of your refunds were successfully processed. We have recommended that you contact **************** to identify why one of them has not posted to your account. You previously advised us via text that Amex had reversed one of your credits, and we advised you that is not something we can assist with and that you need to speak with Amex. We purposely communicate in writing so that there is a record of all communication which prevents misunderstandings and false claims.You can view the transactions information here: *********************** You are incorrect. As the image shows, there are 2 charges and 2 refunds which equals NET ZERO $. If Amex did not post your refund, you need to contact Amex directly as we do not have the funds.

    Club 1 Hotel, refuse to refund my money for the hotel room that was cancelled. The customer service is horrible, rude, and inappropriate for a personal business. Whenever you try and contact a representative there is no direct contact number only communication is via text which is absolutely unacceptable. Despite my numerous efforts to ask for a manager through text, I was ignored and informed to stop contacting them. BE WARE OF CLUB 1 HOTEL for you vacation plans. They are quick to accept your payment, but refuse to offer customer service.

    I found a hotel I was looking for, I paid for the room. I got several emails. One stating, "your transaction is being processed", second stating, "Your transaction has been processed, here's your room and conformation." I checked my account and the money came out. Then another email later stating "We're sorry, there is no rooms available. The hotel did not update their availability, and you will get a refund in up to 5 business days." I went to ******* and I was able to book THE EXACT SAME ROOM I WAS TOLD I HAD RESERVED THROUGH CLUB1HOTELS!!! My but refund was processed that day, but something is very sketchy.
