I purchased a 2008 **** Explorer on June 07, 2023 from One Stop Auto Sales located at ***************. I paid $4,500 cash. I took the car for a test drive, there were no check engine or any other indicator lights showing other than for low tire pressure. I purchased the vehicle as is. Within a few days, my transmission started slipping and upon having it scanned, It presented multiple codes. I took the vehicle and paid to have the entire transmission and engine diagnosed at **************** at ******************************* was informed that I needed a new transmission and was quoted *****. I was also informed that the bulb for the check engine light had been removed which is why there was no indication upon purchase that there were any major issues. This took place only 6 days after purchase, on June 13th, 2023. I also had it scanned in the days prior to that at AutoZone, showing the same codes and issues. ****************** informed me that this dealership had committed fraud by removing the check engine light bulb and deliberately selling the vehicle under false pretenses as documented on the invoice. I contacted One Stop Auto, the woman who sold it to me stated that I purchased the vehicle "as is" and that they were not liable for anything. A few days later, she called me offering a discount on parts and repairs. I refused the offer and informed them of the legal actions I was going to take. I gave them a few days to offer a better solution to the issue and was told to expect a phone call. I was never contacted again after that. I just had to junk my prior vehicle and was in desperate need of a car for work. I was barely able to manage to pull all of my resources and get enough together to purchase another car, and they purposely defrauded. I would like to bring attention to this dealership's fraudulent practices. This has cost me upwards of $8000. This does not include lost earnings, and expenses from utilizing someone else's vehicle until mine is repaired.

We bought a 2009 ****** Murano from One Stop Auto Sales on February 17, 2023 for $5,920. The vehicle drove for the test drive and so we bought it. 6 days after purchase, the vehicle shuts off on ** in the middle of the road. The dash board says it needs a key so we tow the car to a mechanic who tells ** the key we have must not be the correct key and we would need to take the car to a locksmith to get this key to work for our car. We tow the car to a locksmith only to be told we have to take it to a ****** certified technician. We tow it to the ****** technician where they tell us the vehicle already has two keys programmed to the vehicle and our best bet is to contact the dealer we bought it from to get its actually key. I call one stop auto and the saleswoman who sold us the car, Col, to ask if they have an extra key and she immediately asks how much it will cost to rewire the car even though we did not even know we would have to do that, as if she already knew the key she gave us for the vehicle was not the correct key. She states she does not have another key and that they are not willing to do anything to get the car we bought from them to drive. Going back to the ******, we go ahead and rewire the car so it would work for the key. We asked the ****** technician why the car would have drove for the test drive and the 5 days after and he tells us a lot of the time dealers will put a pin in the sensor so the sensor will not tell us whats wrong with the car during test drive. They rewired the car, it drives not even a foot before the whole engine then seizes and they are now telling us we need a whole new engine that will cost us around $5000 for the engine and another $1000 for the labor after rewiring the car for around $1600 as well as other issues they said would have to be fixed, a total of $9,537 to make the vehicle drivable. The vehicle was sold as-is however the dealership deceived us as this is not a drivable vehicle that was sold as a drivable.

January 28th,2023 I purchased a vehicle from one stop auto sales. On the paperwork it said car sold as is but the boss told me and my mom out of his mouth that if anything under the bumper needs work he will fix it. he also never explained days after buying my vehicle that my warranty will expire the paper never explained that either. The day I brought the car all the lights started to pop on and then the car cut off on me while I was driving on 95th. I had to get a jump in order for the car to start back up my mother called told them the issue they came and picked the car up two days later. The boss called told me the car was ready for pick up and that he put a new alternator in it. When I got to the shop to get my car *** who was my sales man told me the car was still not going to work because the battery was completely damaged. The boss kept telling me in front of *** to drive off with the car and that the new alternator would give the battery some life if I kept the car running. Before pulling off one of the men working there drove around 6 times the car didnt cut off. Once me and my boyfriend got inside the car we decided to drive around one more time before fully pulling off the car turned back off again around the corner from the shop two of the employees had to come jump my car. I drove back around telling him that the car was just completely messed up but the boss kept insisting that we let it run and the alternator will help the battery and that once they receive new batteries they were going to put a new one in. So we left with ************** days later we returned the car for a new battery and for them to fix the heat. When we received the car back and everything was still the same heat was still cold and everything. Next day I was driving on the expressway my car overheated and stopped I gave it a minute and then turned the car back on to get off the expressway and I sat my car on state street I had to pay for my car to get towed in front of my house. I called told them about it asked if I could just get my money back or new car they told me no. my stepdad called up there multiple times they told us come up there but they knew we needed an Appointment first. when we got there they was being rude to me and cursing at me i kept asking for my money back or just for a new car. all the disrespect eventually lead to an altercation where I felt threatened and needed to defend myself which Im pregnant and currently have a 6 month old. They wouldnt do business with me anymore so I left I never went back but my parents constantly called asking them to just take a look at the car try to do something or give us our cash back. they kept saying someone was gonna come look at the car nobody ever came to see about my car at all. I had my car at my stepdad house waiting on them to come look at it because they told my parents they were going to send somebody I seen my car that Sunday morning which was march 12, 2023. when I went back later on that day to retrieve something from my car it was gone so I thought they picked it up and I called but nobody answered thats when I went to discover they were closed on Sunday. I had to wait until Monday to call to see if they had my car when my stepdad called they told him they didnt have my car so I had to report it stolen. When I called the police officer told me my car was already actively stolen and that I needed to go inside a police station to get a police report for deceptive practice- fraud. So Tuesday march 14,2023 I went and got a police report done the police officer recommended we went to the dealership as well to show them. Wednesday 15,2023 my mom went up there he told her wait an hour she sat there and waited just for him to call the police and the police said they couldnt make them give us our money we had to contact you guys and file a lawsuit.
