    January 17, 2025 is the day I purchased a vehicle was a 2013 GMC Acadia there were issues with it. 22nd I returned it they said that theyll fix it,I know that one issue was transmission, so I asked to swap cars. gathered information from the loan company by asking the details of the vehicle that they put in applications for. I match those to the ones on their website and got the price after that I called the Dealership back to let him know that there was never an application for ******** SRX put in. He told me that its not gonna show on their end right now because its in the processing and they have a situation going on I said well they were able to tell me about the other two applications that you guys put in that you never sent me photos of without getting my approval first. he then said that I wasnt supposed to be calling the loan company. I can confuse them with both of us calling, I said well Im trying to figure out. How do you get a quote for a vehicle that you never put an application in for? Hes telling me that the application is put in but didnt through yet because he didnt know if I can make the out-of-pocket payment of $1300 because the loan company only approves that vehicle 2014 ******** SRX for $7900. At that point, I knew that they were tricking me or swindling me into a situation and forcing things on me so thats when that was my last phone call and I decided to contact you guys. I already contact you guys in the beginning of the situation around the 22nd and now Im filing my complaint on the 29th. I do have a powertrain warranty for 15 days and 500 miles. I know I havent driven the car 500 miles after purchasing and its time sensitive because I think Im at my 11th day within my powertrain warranty I dont know if that holds any value to me being able to get my money back or what.This seems shady. The finance company one Maine that we are dealing with. Also has a documentation on everything since date of purchase.Refund or my pick of car

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
