I ordered new rings for my wife on July 10th. I received order confirmation the same day. I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed ********************************** over a dozen times. I have not been replied to. I have called the number listed on their website of ************ but it goes directly to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I ordered a 3.5 Ctw Solitaire Round-Cut Engagement Ring in 18K Gold on May 24th 2023. It was to be expected to shipped in ***** business days. I reached to the owner ******* multiple times an no answer. I saw a shipping label was created on 8/3/2023. However unit has yet to be shipped. I have no communication from the owner at all. Back around September of 2020 I purchased a chain that cost $16,000 from Luxe Jewelery. I was told by the jeweler that what i was buying was 100% real diamonds. In June of 2022 I had the chain appraised in my hometown and the jeweler said that it appraised for absolutely nothing. Upset with that outcome, I wanted a second opinion. So i went to another well known jeweler. He as well told me that the chain was worth nothing. I contacted Luxe via phone, and social media muliple times being ignored. In December of 2022 i finally reached out and made a complaint to the BBB and on January 6, 2023 I was contacted by *******, the owner of Luxe about my complaint and how it could be resolved. He and my wife agreed that she would send the chain back to Luxe and ******* would draw up the proper appraisal papers as well as replace 4 missing stones from the chain that had fallen off. The chain was sent off and delivered to Luxe. With a text from ******* this was confirmed and via ****** This was back in January 2023. The end of Febuary my wife spoke with ******* and he said that they were about to be sending the chain and papers back and confirmed my address with her. It was never sent off. Since then I have been trying to contact luxe about the chain beginning in March via email, social media and text but they wont return any of my communications. It is now August 2023 and no papers or product and no one at luxe will return any of my communications. At this point I feel scammed. How can we resolve this problem? Please do what you say you are going to do or return my money. Because had I known in the first place that the diamonds were lab made or whatever they are using I would have never bought it to begin with. This should be made aware of by the customer before money is exchanged instead of leading with 100% real diamonds. Im completely disappointed.Initial Complaint

This is a continue of claim #********. Luxe Jewelry made it very clear to me that my purchase would be real diamonds and gold. Nothing was ever assumed. Both myself and the company had that established.Business Response

I started payment for a Cuban Diamond chain over a year ago. For some time they kept saying the chain wasnt in stock so as time would pass I would sometimes forget. Then I would see their promo on social media then reach out. They never had the chain in stock so I wasnt in a rush to pay the balance. I paid it in March of this year. They sent me a chain, it was supposed to be for my birthday (3/22) but it came late (3/23) Then when it came it was completely different from what I ordered. I asked for a return label instantly. It took them almost a month to send one after I threatened to fly to them n tear their **** store up! And in all honesty I dont even know where theyre located, the label said ******* but they told me theyre in L.A (I think theyre lying). Anywho, I sent the chain back as soon as I got the label and have been waiting for my correct chain every since. Its been about 2 months. Theyre excuse is always that the chain is being made. This has been their story for a year! I just want a refund at this point.
