    Ive been a customer for over a year and I was paying cash for my shots after seeing the nurse practitioner once a month on a call, video call. On my last appointment the manager called me two minutes prior to my appointment to tell me that I need to go in and pay before they do the appointment or the appointment will be canceled. I have always paid on time. I always showed up to pick up my shots and the reason I dont wanna pay with credit card is because they have use my credit card for a membership without my authorization or consent, I came to an agreement with the manager that they will reimburse me for the charge and I will continue to pay them cash. Basically they had my card on file charged me on my card and I paid cash as well. This manager did not give me any type of Information of the policy change prior to my appointment. Everything happened literally two minutes before my appointment I was left with no instructions on what to do post finishing the treatment. I have never received a call after that from any of them from the office they basically hung up on me and told me to show up to take the shots and to do Payment over the phone or Im not getting my appointment when they agreed and have been doing it for over a year one-way. Just to be clear I have no complaints against the policy change. Its just ridiculous that they have change the policy two minutes prior to my appointment with **** notification or 24 hour notice. And they have you as my card without my consent.

    I have been trying to get this resolved for over one week now. I was told I would be given a call on Tuesday 11/12/2024 to get this resolved. I have not been getting the coaching sessions for at least 6 weeks but was charged for them. I get texts saying to come I. For my injections yet I received a call from **** saying my services ended. He said that ****** put a note in the system stating she spoke with me. This never happened! I am owed at least 6 weeks of coaching money back. They were extremely rude to me and have not tried to help in any way. I need a resolution. Provide me services with the money you owe me or give me my money back! I spent way too much money and want everything doen to the last cent that I paid for! They ignore my calls and texts and I need this resolved immediately. I have asked for a corporate number and no one will give it to me.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I have had with Options regarding the erroneous charges made to my account from December 2023 through March 2024.I informing my counselor that I would be taking a break after my last session in November 2023. She said ok, congratulation and noted my chart. To ensure my request to cancel services was noted, i sent another cancellation via email (Options website) on 12/9, my account continued to be charged $189 monthly with no services rendered. Only after speaking to a live person in *********** in March 2024 was I finally sent a cancellation form, although I had been with Options for several years and never had to go through this process before. This blatant disregard for my requests and the continued deduction of fees without providing any medical services is unacceptable and I demand a resolution to this issue promptly. I have spoken to Options representatives with no follow up or return communication.

    The term and conditions was not clearly informed me about the payment schedule for the service and expectations. The company claimed that I need to have 30 days notice of cancellation. I signed up for $349 of one months of weight loss program on Oct. 12, 2023. I never approved nor agree to another month of medication (injections). However, since they require to have my credit card to be on their system after signing a membership. My credit card were charged again of $349 on the 30th of October. I reached out to the company, since they already charged me for additional month of $349, I requested to give me the medication (injections). The company said my membership is canceled so I cant get anything. The membership conditions were not discussed nor addressed to my knowledge before I signed up.

    Charge was made to my credit card on 9/21/23. I had subscribed to a weight loss program which required a 3 month (once per month consultation) minimum. I satisfied that and then paid on a monthly basis. After my last consultation on August 24, I informed them on the consultation that this would be my last visit and i would discontinue service. They informed me that i would need to do so in Writing which i di via e-mail. i confirmed that they received the information, and all seemed set.I received a charge on 9/21/23 as if I were going to have another appointment. When I called to question the charge, they stated that my regular date is on the 21st of the month and I needed to cancel within 30 days prior. I could not cancel until my appointment date of 8/24 and I did so that day verbally and in writing. I'd like my $89 dollar charge to be reimbursed.

    On 7/5/23 my daughter contacted options office to verify our appointments she set up. ***** told her all of our medications and visits are expired. I was then added to the call, I informed her that we were not made aware of any expiration dates and I asked for a copy of our receipts be emailed to us. The receipts that was emailed to us were fraudulent. I emailed the ************************************ serial times and has not received any response. I have called ********** and left several messages no one has returned my calls. I have my original receipts and I have the fake receipts that was emailed to us.

    I signed at Options Medical Weight Loss in hopes of losing weight. The program cost me a total of $349. Which Option takes directly and automatically from the customer's account. Unfortunately, per my doctor, I wasn't a good candidate for their weight loss program due to underlying health issues. Once I found this out I contacted Options for a refund. I had been charged a total of 3 months and only received one month back. The company stated that they would return my money VIA bank account, however they only sent one refund. I contacted the store manager *********************** and she stated that Options would Mail me a money order because after 30 days the billing department has to issue any refunds. It has been well over 60 + days and I have not received a refund. I have sent emails, text messages to **************************** and called the office and I have been ignored constantly or told that my money order is in the mail. All I want is my money back. I have even reached out to their corporate office and no one has contacted me in regards to this matter. I find it to be unprofessional that a company such as Options let's a matter such as this go on with no type of resolution.

    This facility is claiming to provide a injectable medication called Semiglutide to its consumers for the price of $350/month. What Ive been receiving is a compounded combination of Semiglutide, sodium chloride and vitamin B12. I was never informed for this. I only know because I saw one of the employees sitting at the reception desk compounding the medication. Ibe been a Pharmacy Technician for 10 years and recognized the ingredients of the compound she was making. The *** warns against using the compounded form of this medication and Im not sure adding B12 to the mix is *** approved or safe. I would have like to have been informed of what they were actually injecting into my body. I was under the influence that it was only Semiglutide. When I returned to their office and asked why the solution was red instead of clear, as it should be, one of the employees lied to me and said We are trying different manufacturers when, in fact, they were adding vitamin B12 to the compound there in the office right in front of me. Im not sure I was even given the actual medication as Semiglutide is on manufacturer back-order and I also, did not benefit from the use of the medication over the course of 2 months (Ive used this same medication in the past and saw its benefits within the first month), which was my reason for becoming suspicious of the medication, going to the office to ask questions and seeing the medication being compounded there at the desk. The employees had the opportunity to tell me the truth but chose not. One employee eventually admitted that they add the vitamin B12 to the medication. I would like them to discontinue giving their consumers a compounded form of this medication and marketing it as Semiglutide.
