    We hired Chicago Fence and Welding to install new railings out in front of house in October 2023. Around January timeframe we noticed that all the spots that they did any type of welding work were begin to rust. So we reached out to Chicago Fence and Welding right away via email and was told that they would come out in April/May once the weather was nicer to correct the rusting issue. We have now been trying to get in contact with them since the end of April and have not heard anything back. We have called, emailed and even went through ********* to try and reach the vendor and no one can get a hold of them. So as it stands right now I have railings that already rusting less than a year after being installed even though I was told I have a 3 year warranty on the work. They are not answering emails, phone calls or anything. Not sure what else to do but reach out to the BBB for help. Thank you!

    Paid $10,500 for the installation of an automated driveway gate. (contract attached)The work was supposed to be done by June 9 2023 and did not end up getting completed until the end of Aug 2023 (contract attached)Upon completion there have been multiple problems with the work. Welds breaking, the gate opens and closes on its own, the gate opens but does not close *********** has tried multiple times to fix the issues, and they keep occurring. Now ************************* has gone completely silent and will not answer calls or texts. At this point I have contacted an attorney and would like a refund so that I can find a company who knows how to fix the issues.
