      On Sept. 1, I called Mr. **** and told him I wanted cancel my insurance. I told him I did not want anything coming out of my account because I got a different insurance. He told me I needed to come in and sign a cancellation paper. I told him to put it on my Gmail. He didn't do it. So on Sept. 5, I went in and signed the papers. He did not do it until Sept. 12. Select sent me a check for $23 and it was supposed to be $129. Now they are saying they are not giving me the refund. This man has mislead me from Day One. I would like to have my insurance with them cancelled and to give me a refund.

      We have spoken to Mrs. **** several times regarding this matter, and we have also put her in touch with ********* insurance, the carrier she was paying.  We processed the cancelation for an effective date of 9/1/2023 per her request.  We have confirmed that date with *********.  We (**** ********* ********** ***) never received any money from Mrs. **** or ********* in this matter.  The money was paid directly to ********* (carrier) who processed the cancelation and sent her a refund in accordance with their policies and procedures. 

      The simple fact is that the premium money that was paid to ********* from Mrs. ****'s account on 9/3/23 ($129) was applied to her policy which started on 8/7/23 and was canceled at her request on 9/1/23.  So, they took the $129 payment and applied $106 to the account to pay for the insurance coverage provided from 8/7 to 9/1 and sent her a refund of $23.  

      Again, we are simply the middleman in this process and have never been in possession of any of her funds.
