      Two years ago I purchased a nap hide body for a ***** 5500 truck brand new from the dealership. The cover photo of the nap hide showed it on the exact truck I purchased, which was a four-wheel-drive truck on a dirt road. The very first year we used our truck with this body. It fell apart and nap refused to fix it or warranty it. Weve been dealing with this for three years now. This is absolutely the worst customer service. The body is weak and worthless. In my personal opinion. I do not recommend them if you want any type of warranty. Dissatisfied business owner.

      Case number ******. Knapheide reviewed the initial case enter on 10-31-2023. Upon our review it was found that the body was not mounted to the chassis per the Knapheide Manufacturing instructions by the Installer. At this point the body would not be considered for warranty coverage. 

      In a case such as this we recommend for the customer to reach out to the installer of the body for any type of compensation. Thank you.

      Quality, Warranty, and **************** is a freaking joke. I bought a brand new 2024 ***** 3500 with a KUV bed a couple months ago. I found out after getting the truck home that one of the doors had delaminated separating the exterior metal from the interior metal due to inadequate spot welds and obviously a not so present quality control system. When I attempted to get them to stand behind their product they wanted us to drive a total of 8 hours and leaving the truck there for up to two weeks for repair. This would have cost us between four and six thousand dollars in time and fuel of which they were completely unconcerned about. Stay away from this company and their products unless you like gambling on sure losses as they wont do what they should do to take care of their mistakes when they arise. They are like every other company that doesnt give a **** about anything but their bottom line and their quality is a thing of the past. What a pitiful excuse of built in the ***. I understand that it doesnt change anything that I will not purchase another product of theirs but I will assure you that everyone within earshot that I can reach with this information to help keep them from buying this junk will be warned as well.P.S. Hated to even select one star but they didnt have an option for negative three stars.
