    Zero stars. I went to the *************** Cdone and I was so disappointed. My wash and fold was not ready. The 2 people there didn't have the authority to issue refunds which makes no sense if they can take cash, why not refund also? Anyway the girl got someone on the speakerphone who refused to give her full name. Someone named ******. She was absolutely no help. I took my clothes home but they were folded haphazardly at the last minute and stuffed in a bag. The service at this CDOne was extremely awful. I've had this happen once before a while back and I was issued a REFUND immediately. I still had to return to get my clothes, but at least I wasn't expected to pay for a timely service I didn't receive. Bad service CDOne. Bad service ******.

    They rip off customers. The women there dont read the shirts tags, they touch the shirts and assume they are dry clean and want to charge the higher price $4.49 per shirt for dry cleaning instead of the $2.19 per shirt for laundered & pressed shirt. I asked them why do they assumed they were dry clean they answered because it felt different than the cotton shirts. Really? Thats there reason? They are supposed to check the tags or ask what the customer wants not just charge the higher ********************************************* ** location is stealing ripping off customers
