Idk if its this place or what but I took My truck in last week Wednesday it sat there for a week until the warranty company came out now here it is two weeks and my car still hasnt even began to get worked onnor did **** phelan call me when the warranty company arrived nor did they call me with any answer.. instead I have to stalk both warranty and car shop for an answer which I find unacceptable.. I know they say place have schedules and are booked up which is a load of Bull crapplus no one ever stick to the schedule and no one has a proper scheduling system if I book an appointment at 9 oclock and Im coming to you for something thats gonna take an hour or two there should be no times available for the next two hours you guys shouldnt have a 930 appointment available to add another car and then a 10 oclock appointment and so on. Now it doesnt work like that youre never gonna get done with car is in time because thats not a true appointment system and now we have to sit there for hours for a job that only takes minutes because of your appointment system ..I wish their were ways to handle these things such as then having loaner cars and offer discounts amongst other things but I guess all we can do is complain and get no solution
