I ordered a new truck in March of 2022. I was told it would take 4 months *** but it took 10 months. I knew I would not receive it when they told me but still. When I was told it was in to come pick it up-It was all ready they said. It took 3 visits to dealer to actually leave with it. On my way of pulling out of the bay they were holding the truck in I noticed there were some items missing that I purchased in my build. Mainly a first aide kit and a console vault. They argued and said I never purchased, but I showed them my paperwork and the window sticker which sowed that I did in fact purchase these items. The salesman (****) went into the back for a while then came out with two boxes here you go install it yourself. I was so fed up I took the items and left. When I had time to install the vault it ended up being the wrong part. I called the dealer they called me a liar. I proved it by texting them a picture showing the wrong part number on my box as they requested but still was not able to get what I have already paid for. I called many times to no avail leaving message after message with no return call. I tried dealing with **** directly since I realized the dealer actually stole the reward points from my purchase as well. Through them I was finally able to get in contact with the sales manager (******) who promised when my vehicle was out of service all I had to do was call him directly and he would see to it that it would quickly get corrected. Well I have been calling and leaving messages for the sales manager at his direct number and they are refusing to call me back and get this taken care of. Please help me with getting this situation resolved. Thank you so much for your time.

I purchased my 2020 **** Mustang from Westfield Ford in September 2020. It has since been garaged its whole time with me and has began rusting in multiple spots including spots that are safety hazards such as the front crash bar . I visited the dealer on Tuesday 01/24/23 to file a warranty claim and a service tech named ****** helped me . He was dismissive , took around 4 photos of the rust spots and told me Id hear back in ***** hours . It has been almost two weeks , I have contacted the dealership twice , and both times they have told me that there is no reply in the system from **** . I have asked for the manager and was told he is in a meeting . I want my car to be fixed under warranty .

**** dealership breached the "x plan"rules.I identified myself as an x plan customer on the phone with "Mo" the salesman at Westfield Ford. I asked if they honor and participate in the **** x plan and if they would sell me a vehicle at the x plan price. He said yes to that. Then I asked if they honor the x plan price for a **** Maverick. He said, "Yes". Then I asked if they have some **** Mavericks for sell at the x plan price. He said yes. I asked if he is absolutely sure because I ******* minutes away. He said yes we have 3 of them as advertised. I then go and prepare all my proof of x plan documents and stop by the bank to get a "check ready" check. Then I drive to the dealership. When I sit down to execute the deal he tells me they have sold all the **** Mavericks in their inventory. In less than 4 hours, even though I physically see at least two on the lot. He has breached the x plan rules and wasted my time and my gas.

Cancel Service contract on a car that was traded in at the beginning of August. I have been calling and emailing the finance man ********************* at Westfield Ford at ********************************************************************************* and he has not done anything to get the refund on the remainder of the service contract. The service contract was purchased on 09-15-2021 on a 2018 **** escape for $2000. The car was traded in on 07-27-2022. I have emailed and mailed the forms needed to document the car was sold as requested by finance man ********************* at ************.

I was contacted by phone by a Westfield Ford salesman, named **** @ 10:18 am on 9/5/22 and informed that they had a vehicle that I was looking for and that I could get this vehicle for $53,000, which is approximately $8,000 over MSRP sticker price. I asked him several times to insure that was the total price, no additional Mark ** and he confirmed that if I agreed to buy the **** F150 Lightning for $53,000, it would be mine. Only a delay in delivery was explained, due to it being a demo model, awaiting release by **** Corporate. I rushed down to the dealership and was given the run around about the price... it was now $30,000 MORE! A complete and total Scam by the salesman and management. I wasted over two hours in travel time to only be disappointed by unethical practices. This vehicle goes for $45,000 and I was ready to pay the rip off, additional $8,000 Mark up... but that was simply not enough for these guys. The owner of this Dealership should Fire the lot of them and if he is okay with this practice, then **** should take this Dealership away from them. The ONLY resolution to this complaint, is if somebody stands up and does the right thing and corrects this matter by selling that Truck to me at the originally quoted price, no non sense, no BS. I have bought ***** for over 40 years, but if this does not get straightened out... I am going to but a *****. They do not have Salesmen that Jack ** the price or play games!

6 months later and ******************************* still hasn't issued my refund of $175.88 for the car battery he stole from me. I have 2 voicemails saved from ********************* saying he'd mail me my refund. If you look at the public post complaint he even states on 3/24 that he'd mail me my check. Nothing but lies. In court that's evidence and an easy win for me. I actually wonder if I can get more if I file a lawsuit. But for whatever reason Carmelo REFUSES to do the right thing and mail me my check. I will keep filing these complaints until I get what's mine. That F grade on his business speaks truths. There's no need to call me as he knows my address from me paying him $2,000 for car repairs. He can't hide behind that sorry excuse. I'm very upset as anyone would be. I'd probably explode if I were to speak with him. Just mail me my check!

This is a response and another complaint in regards towards Westfield Ford where they claim that they sent me out a check for the battery they stole from me. From December 17 to present day they have not send me out anything. I paid $2k in repairs. I told **** to put the my old battery in my vehicle so I can return it back to advance auto parts for a exchange or refund as it was 2 months old. He failed to do so. Its been nearly 4 months and this hasnt been resolved. Theres no excuse in the world that they couldnt send me a check in this amount of time. My wife can attest to this. They do nothing but lie and give you the runaround. I have two voicemails from *********************. He stated that he would send out a check weeks ago. Never did. Since then my wife and I have been calling them off and on only to be given excuses. I have screenshots of some of the calls. I went through **** customer service to try to get more answers since its obvious theyre playing games. I have a case number for this issue as well. They gave me the owners phone number and I tried to call him two different times. Imagine my surprise that he didnt answer. I left a voicemail of message her to call me and he never did. When he says in his previous statement that I finally return his phone calls thats a complete lie and Im going to take a lie to take a lie detector test to prove it. I filed complaints with the BBB and the ******** state Attorney General for my protection as a consumer. I consulted with an attorney who said this case would be cut and dry and a easy victory for me as well as we can try to get them for more damages. But Im still trying to give them the benefit of a doubt for them to send my check. After that will cut all ties with this place and we never have to do business ever again. Theyre very unethical, dont want to be held accountable, liars and most of all because its been so long theyre afraid to do the right thing a bunch of cowards.

Follow up to complaint ******** I called the service manager ********************* on February 15th per his request via his response to previous complaint. I am enclosing a photo of the date, phone number and length of the call. When I called I was told that he wasnt there but I was transferred to his voicemail system where I left a very detailed message. Not surprisingly he has yet to return my call. They probably recycled the battery and dont want to be held accountable. But whatever the case it does not take over a month to figure it out. They couldve left a voicemail message explaining to us whether they retrieved the battery or if they intend to compensate us for the battery. The dashboard lights are currently off and have been off for about two weeks now and Im not sure whether or not to even take it anymore. Be that as it may with this horrible experience Id like to get all future repairs pertaining to my 2007 **** Mustang warranty/parts transferred over to another **** dealership closer to my home. Im also missing some panels on the driver side. The **** 800 number give me an address to write a letter about this horrible experience. **** Company Customer Relation Center *************************************************** I have a letter ready to be mailed out but I want to see if theyre going to make things right. It just seems like they want to sweep everything under the rug. After paying nearly $2000 the way they treat their customers is down right deplorable. ********************* said he would call me after we received the car with all the problems and missing battery and we never once heard back from him. But its OK Im going to keep pushing this forward.
