I had my 2007 **** Mustang at your repair center for about three weeks. I had a variety of issues totaling nearly $2000 which I did pay for.One of the issues which was a surprise to me was that the battery I had was dead. I purchased that battery in early November so that battery is about two months old. ****, who did a great job in keeping us informed throughout the whole process told me that I needed a new battery so I just told him Id buy a new one from him and to add it onto my ****. But since that battery was still brand new but was dead my wife told him per their conversation to retain the battery and put it in the trunk so I can get a refund or another brand new battery from Advanced Auto Parts. That battery costed me $175 which after dropping nearly $2K is a lot to myself and my family. We picked up the car on Saturday January 8th. **** wasnt there but we assumed someone would go over the repairs and warranty information with us. Im sure after nearly three weeks your team got tired of having the car in the repair shop which is understandable. When we drove the car out of the lot the *** light and the traction control light come off and on intermittently. It still does that this very day. The car remote also didnt work so I had to take it upon myself to reprogram it. But we didnt realize that the battery wasnt there until a couple of days later because we were busy.My wife called **** on January 11th on Tuesday informing him that there was no battery. He took down all of our information and said hed look into it. So its 10 days later and we havent heard anything. All were asking for is the return of that battery or cost of it $175 and for the lights to be checked out and fixed. The car lights will never on the dash before. The receipt of the original battery is attached as is the cost of the **** from Westfield Ford.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Yes please reopen this case. Below is the receipt for the new battery I recently purchased which they claimed was dead. I bought a battery from them but told them to put that battery in the car so I could return it. They never did and have avoided my phone calls to them. I left a voicemail message to them in the screenshot below. Below is the near $2000 that paid for repairs yet the lights on the dashboard are still on. There was no explanation of part/labor warranty that went with this repair. I want to compensated for the cost of the battery they stole.

I went in Sept 9th to cancel an extended warranty on my **** Explorer, that I recently sold, with ******* one of the finance managers. I allowed a month to go by before I began calling to inquire about where the check was. I have left several voicemails, and spoken to countless people who all dont have a solution to my situation The ** spoke rudely to my wife and stated he would give us a call back and never did. I went in finally on Saturday Dec 11th as I had spoken to ******* again on Friday the 10th about picking up the check because the new excuse was the check has been written but the owner needs to sign it. Once arriving I was once again told they have nothing for me and then the *** was brought into the room to which he stated he was going to get on it first thing Monday morning, and well its Wednesday and I havent heard anything from ******* or the ***. Basically at this point there is no check and no resolution. Weve now gone on almost 4 month and the only excuse everyone can say is the owner doesnt come in often. Im owed this money and no one can give legitimately give a reasonable response as to why I have not received my funds!
