    I hired this company with good intentions, A neighbor gave me their information and I set up a meet for a estimate, Mr ********************** came out , took all of the measurements and we discussed what was to be done. He emailed me the estimate I agreed filled out the forms and a date was set. He said he'd call a few days ahead of time to let me know when the job would start, to give me time to move a gazebo, tables and chairs, swings and other items but he had his wife call the night before at about 5pm that they wanted to start and I informed her that the last minute call didn't give me enough to clear the yard so the job got pushed out a week which was fine. They arrived on the agreed date and did the job. When they told me they were done I stepped out to look at it and it looked fine, unknown to me they didn't complete the job by my basement access stair which are on the side of the house . T the time I couldn't walk on the concrete because it was fresh and I had a injured knee that prevented me from going down stairs. The next day my sister came by to see the yard and asked me what happened by my basement stairs so I had to get down there to look an found that they had left a Large section of cement which was part of a set of stairs they were supposed to have removed, was still there. They were to have removed the whole set of stairs as was discussed and agreed upon with *** Lopez, but they failed to finish the job. Unfortunately for me I paid them in full for the job before I was able to see what they didn't complete by my basement access stairs. Two more contractors are on hold because of that chunk of cement. I asked *** ********************** to come and check and he never returned or even called. It wasn't a supporting piece of cement and wasn't attached to the house. Apparently they also damaged the referring neighbor's air conditioning system for 2 day until they had it repaired. So you may want to look elsewhere for a reliable contractor and DON"T pay without inspecting first.
