            We issued a check for $4,914,79 on January 20, 2023 to Shepherd Premier Senior Living to cover a $2,500 move in fee and $2,414.79 pro-rated rent for January 2023 for my mother-in-law, ******************************************. On the day she was to move in, Shepherd called to say they could not accept her into their facility. They apologized for the short notice and inconvenience, said it was their mistake and they would refund us the full amount. Our check had been cashed around 1/25/2023. We contacted them over the weeks via e-mail and on Thursday, February 2, 2023 ***********************, AR/AP emailed and said they would be issuing a check for $4,914.79 and to "give us a bit to get this back to you." She has not responded to my e-mail requests. I think we have been patient and would like your help resolving this. ************************************* ********************************************************************

            Owner ******* owes thousands of dollars is in forclourser and can't answer a phone call. My husband put him on a payment plan cause he can't pay in full, maybe has made two payments. If he owes you money I would take him to court as soon as possible before he filed bankruptcy
