We are working hard to prepare our house for sale. We needed 3 sets of shutters for the front of our house. We reviewed numerous companies online. We choose Exterior Solutions. On their web site they allow only positive reviews. We wish we had looked at the 3rd party review sites first, as they are all very poor reviews. We were SHOCKED.and literally speechlesswhen we open the first box. We looked at each other and said What ARE these? They didnt even look like shutters. They were thin, flimsy cheap plasticthey had holes in all the corners and a big hole in the middle. They looked like they had been put together from scraps of other something, like a kindergartner might do. ALL of them were terribly INFERIOR. We boxed them right up and called the company for a return mailing label for a refund. They rudely said NO! NO refunds. WHAT?? We gave you $478 for JUNK we cannot use. No one would put these on their housewe dont even think they Can be put on a house. We have never dealt with a company that doesnt take this seriously. They STOLE our money and we are ANGRY and we dont want anyone else to be taken. We are writing to the ********************** of the state this company is in to alert them to this company INFERIOR product they took our money for. We WANT OUR MONE BACK. We cannot afford to get more shutters to sale our house until we get this refund.
