started the process 2 days ago. I was told I would get assistance with my down payment which is why I drove over 40 miles to them. I was very very open about everything. Credit score, what I had down, what I was looking for….I get into the dealership and the salesman gave me the run around for hours. When we finally got a lender, I okay’d the monthly payment. After I okay’d it, then apparently the bank was having “issues”. Why would you tell me the bank is offering me this then be like “oh never mind there’s a hiccup and this isn’t going to be finished today” I was told I’d be leaving in a new vehicle. I am very frustrated with not only the fact I wasted a day off, but I was lied to and misled all day. Oh, & they tried showing me a 2016 that was rusted to ****. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he said, “I wasn’t gonna sell that to you anyway it’s not good.” Also told me he didn’t wanna be there & that he wasn’t going to come in the next day for work. Every single question I asked him, he had to ask other people. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had anywhere

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a vehicle from Courtesy in January 2022 after my vehicle had been damaged. They told me they could help and sold me a 2008 Mini Cooper whose trunk didn't latch and required three repairs in the first two months that I couldn't take to their service center. Within 4 months there was a knock in the engine and would cost more than what the car was worth to fix. I went back hoping to find a solution and they told me there was nothing they could do aside from selling me a new car. I am paying on a car that I can't drive and have been trying to figure out a new car for almost two months. Their "solutions" were two vehicles that ALREADY had the Check Engine lights on. Can not discourage people from going to see this company enough. One would think Lemon laws were created EXACTLY for businesses like this one.
