On 6/7/24 I deposited a check from ******** ****** ********* for storm damage. They put a 10 day hold on the check. On 6/10 24 I received a notification that the check was improperly endorsed. When I had them look at the check again they agreed the check was endorsed properly. They credited our account on 6/18/24. On 6/24/24/ the bank said it was a duplicate check and pulled the funds again. They told me to have ******** ****** write another check. I contacted ******** ****** and they said the check had cleared the bank on 6/11/24 and the funds have been dispersed so they were unable to write another check. There was a teller from the Bloomington branch named **** who has been trying to help since she was aware of the problem. As of 7/1/24 the bank still has our funds.

As we state in the letter we also encouraged the insurance representative tor each out to the customer directly to resolve the issue.  We remain committed to assisting the customer as needed in resolving this issue with ******** ****** Insurance.

I am rejecting this response because:

I will contact ******** ****** to see what they have to say. We haven’t had any communication with them, our agent said “******” had called them but that was the last we heard.
