    Storm damage broke a tree limb off and landed and punctured my roof and ceiling. Called them and signed emergency contract, didn't hear back from them until after several calls. they showed up 3 days later after i threated to call someone else. They removed the tree, tarped my roof but needed to borrow hammers, left my deck and yard a mess with water bottles and trash. tore up my grass with the skid steer even though the charged for turf matts. they was on site for 3 hours and charged me full price/minimum time for everything in the contract. bill was $22k. Classic case of price gouging and it's illegal.
