              BOUGHT VEHICLE WITH WARRENTY IN FEB.2024 AT IDEAL AUTOS IN SPRINGFIELD IL. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 3X SINCE, AS OF APRIL 15TH,24 DUE TO ENGINE ISSUES. I HAVE A WARRENTY THAT COVERS THIS, HOWEVER THE SERVICE DEPT. (****) WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE NOR RETURN MY CALLS FOR AN APPT. IN NEED OF ASAP. STILL MAKING PAYMENTS, HAVING TO UBER TO WORK DAILY, MISSING SONS DR. APPTS. ASLED FOR MANAGER AND WAS REFUSED THAT SERVICE. HAD MY MOM CALL FOR ASSISTANCE, THEY (*******) REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH HER. THEY OFFER NO ASSISTANCE AFTER SELLING ME A 15K$ VEHICLE WITH ENGINE PROBLEMS! I NEED HELP PLEASE

              I bought a 2011 BMW 3 series from them. Was sold to me with bad rotors, calipers, wheel bearings. I replaced the brakes the rotors, the calipers and the brake lines myself. I deal said they would replace the wheelbearings under the warranty. They also said they would replace the ABS sensor and it will have assembly. They give me the car back telling me that it’s done wrong. No wheel bearings were replaced. The rear axle was trapped and replaced with used ones broke grease. I have pictures of everything. I confronted the general service manager, when I showed him the pictures, he got mad cussed at me and yelled at me and demanded I bring the car back. I find all this out when I go to buy new tires and the mechanic tells me your axlle is slingng grease. It should not have been. It was supposed to have new axles the axles that were in it were not bad. I was told they had to replace my axle because the mechanic damaged it when supposedly replacing wheel bearings. I’m highly disappointed. The car has been in the shop more than I’ve been able to have it. Bad business all around. I would highly not recommend this dealership for sales or any repairs.
