      This is one of the worse furniture company i have ever dealt with,The furniture they sent me was defective and I called the customer service including sending photos for them to address the problem.The customer service representative sent multiple repair technician but they were unable to fix the problem .Whenever I called the customer service, they would give me one excuses after another .I purchased warranty that the sales person guy, at store number 560 told me that the warranty is guarantee to replace the furniture is the technician couldn't fix the ********** is about 6 months now since I have been dealing with the problem, still it has not be resolved yet.I never enjoy the furniture ever since I purchased the furniture.This is the worse and poor customer services and company I had ever deal with

      Purchased a mattress from here in Jan 2025, Delivery was scheduled for 2/7, while the delivery team was nice, they broke our stair rail. I called the store and they referred me to a 3rd party that handles this. After sending proof, along with a text from the delivery person offering to come and do the repair, which I refused the company is saying they won't pay for it. The delivery person even threatened to sue us! While the mattress is fine, I will never do business here again. Great customer service is from purchase to delivery, and unfortunately you failed on the last part.

      My review of the Dump is similar to that of many others - it is a great big con job. We bought a fancy and expensive leather couch from the Dump in ******* in July 2021. We were replacing for the second time what were much cheaper family room couch and chairs where the cushions had collapsed after only a few years of use; we are not heavy people, my wife is small and i am a modest 200 lbs. The salesman at the Dump emphasiszed that the couch- at an expensive $2300 - was equipped with long lasting springs rather than the foam of cheaper products, that would give us many years of trouble free service. Just to be sure we purchased an extended warranty at another $450. The cushions were however starting to compress at less than three years and are now almost unuseable at one end - so i called the warranty company today to seek redress, to be told that such a manuacturer's defect was not covered. After attempting to call the Dump/****** Furniture executive suite in ******** i got a similar run-around - namely that we have no interest in supporting the product that our salesman sold you on what are now demonstrated to be false pretences. Be warned folks, this is not a reputable operation.

      We purchased a sofa and paid $199 for delivery but as we were leaving we saw a livingroom set and made an additional purchase and paid an add'l $399 delivery charge for the second sofa, for a grand total of $600 in delivery charges. When we asked for an adjustment we were told by a mngr that the charge would be refunded but Mikeala the "so called" GM refused to accommodate us to remove the $199 delivery charge for the first sofa even though we paid a higher delivery charge for the white glove delivery service. MIkeala would only refund $36 and blamed it on owner policy. The next day due to the pending snow storm, I contacted a company that I had hired to remove my old furniture so that I could delay the scheduled pickup. I had already spoken to a representative at The Dump and was told that they could not give me a reschedule date for my delivery. As a result, I asked the company that I hired to remove my old furniture if they could also pick up my new furniture from The Dump and deliver to us for an extra fee and they said yes! So I cancelled the delivery with The Dump and requested my $600 delivery charge be refunded to me and that is when my troubles began! Mikaela the GM called the warehouse and blocked delivery order that I paid for, stating it was a customer request. She illegally withheld my order for over 3 hours until the owners were notified and got involved. The 3 hour delay resulted in the delivery company not leaving the Williamsburg warehouse until after 3:30pm and leaving our home until after 9pm. We tried to return our order before it left the warehouse and take our business elsewere but she denied the return, we were harassed for the delivery company of our choosing, she was argumentative, hung up on my husband, had our delivery blocked and delayed, and stressed us out for 3 days all over a $600 delivery charge, an inflated ego and poor management skills. Mikaela Melso was discriminatory, revengeful, abrasive, and unprofessional.

      Let me add my one star review. It would be less if allowed. To make a long story short, I purchased two sofas from the Lombard store on 12/3/24. I was told delivery would be in 7 to 10 days from the east coast. on 12/9/24 I called to check on delv. After an extremely long period of being put on hold I was asked to leave info and they would get back shortly. Several hours passed before I received their call back advising they had neglected to schedule delivery of my order. They blamed it on new employees. How can an order be taken and processed without a delivery date? In this age of computer automation the order should have been kicked back because of needed information. They took my money and so far have failed to delv. Their poor service has caused me numerous problems during this holiday season because of their inability to complete this transaction as promised. Just Im sorry and cant do anything about it. BS, they could do something but they wont.

      I purchased theatre seating from the Dump and purchased the warranty at an extra cost. The motor stopped during the warranty period. I filed a claim (not an easy process), then they came out and ordered the part. Six months later it still has not been fixed and the warranty company has not come back to install it. The warranty company says call the Dump, the Dump says call the warranty company. My advice is if you are thinking about doing business with the Dump, dont, instead turn around and run. If you do, expect a horrible process to make a claim and even though the Dump agree may agree it is covered under the warranty, they just drag their feet on fixing it and do not fulfill their obligation.

      Absolutely the worst experience that I've ever had. The upholstery was literally flaking off within months and the Dump said that the upholstery warranty, which I paid a lot of money for, only covered stains and dammage not defects...are you kidding me?!

      I do wish i had read about this dump before i sent my daughter,,, They ordered a bedroom set and couch and just got the bedroom set,,, still waiting for the couch, What a mess this place is,, and!!!!! when you call they know your number then proceed to not answer,,, we called a dozen times and it says the store is closed!!! So now we wait!!!!!! This place ***** Please Buyer Beware.

      Do not purchase furniture from the store, they sell you scam warranties, and when your furniture breaks under the expensive warranty plan they hard sell you at check out, you just get the runaround with no help from them.

      I went to THE DUMP and bought a bedroom set and they brought me a broken nightstand. I told them the day they delivered this furniture that the nightstand was broken. They sent out three different guys to fix the nightstand and not a one of them knew what they were doing, and they still will not bring me a new table. I paid them cash for this furniture and I paid them a lot of money and they are still not willing to give me a new table or fix the one that I have. I will never buy from THE DUMP again they are ripping people off. They said when you buy something from them if its broke too bad, you are keeping it because theyre not giving you another one. please do not buy from THE DUMP they will rip you off.
