I have made a complaint but I needed more space. Also Into regards of my previous complaint I paid my Jan rent on the 8th I had covid from Jan 3rd-13th I had a late fee of 140. Which I couldnt pay Feb 1st because I didnt get a full check due to having covid I had enough for my rent. ******* didnt get paid during his time off because of covid. could pay the 140 because once again I was out for two weeks with covid Jan 3rd to Jan 13th the when I was told to make the full payment on February 18 of the 810 the late fees of 270 which I did and eviction process of would stop and it currently continued I got served papers but I did not go to court because I paid. I also reached out to the lawyer that was going to be in the court room at the time of the eviction process and he told me that since I already what I was supposed to pay Amber Manor and the case is closed and that they are conveying the **** to **** have reached out to ******************************* multiple times like I said before I have been here for three years. I still paid my rent when I had bedbugs and roaches and also mold. Ive asked multiple times to set up some type of payment arrangement and he has denied me I keep continuing to ask for payment arrangement so I dont get evicted and its being denied. During that time I had covid I communicated with them about what was going on . They were never in the dark. **** in the office said she made note of me having covid when I called on the phone.

February 2 I went to go pay my rent and my account was locked because I owed $140 late fee and I told him that I didnt have the extra funds to give the hundred dollar late fee because I didnt get paid my regular hours at work and my boyfriend and I get paid for being time off with Covid in the process they start the infection process knowing I had Covid and now they want me to pay for the lawyer fees even though the agreement was to pay everything on February 18 which I did. ***************************** is the manager in there and he told me that me having Cove it is it important when demanding rent in all reality I couldnt pay my rent because I didnt have the extra $140 that was a late fee hes not willing to work with me to do some type of payment arrangement even though I should not have been in the process of being evicted for having Covid and having $140 late fee because that was the agreement I was told when I paid my rent plus the late fees on February 18 I got to pay my rent in April I tried to pay my rent the end of April for *** on the 29th and I can no longer pay my rent because I dont have the extra fees for the lawyer.
