I received a bill August 5, 2024 from MRC Mediation Recovery Center for an unexplained bill from National Durable Medical. I called requesting details be emailed to me. Initially, did not receive any email until they called me again. They sent a copy of a very generic billing from 2018, showing insurance as Medica which I have never had. The phone number listed on billing for National Durable Medical is no longer a working number when I called. Moreover, I have never heard of National Durable Medical nor have I ever been billed from them. The referring physician's office listed on bill could also not confirm this was legitimate. I pay all my bills and do not believe I owe this. Also, I see multiple similar complaints, and therefore conclude this is a scam.

We received a letter in the mail from MRC (Mediation Recovery Center) dated 7/30/24 stating that we have a current balance of $5,995.00 from orginal creditor National Durable Medical & current creditor EMS Funding Solutions. No date of transaction or equipment in question listed. I contacted MRC to obtain a bit more information and they stated this was for some type of device for my knee surgery I had back in Aug. 2019. I have never received any type of durable medical equipment or supplies for anything. And mind you, this notice I received 7/30/24 was the first of ever hearing anything about this, 5 years later. This letter also stated your National Durable ************ obligation is significantly past due. The following repayment options which expire on 8/29/24: Monthly payments of $49.00/month towards entire balance of $5,995.00 (Discount) or one time payment of $4,796.00 (Discount) If I wish to take advantage of this I must contact them by 8/29/24. We are not obligated to renew these offers. Please have this resloved ASAP.

MRC sent me a notice on 8/17/2024 stating that I owed a balance of $994.86 from CashNetUSA. They have called me for years as well and I have ignored these calls. I have never received, or sought out, a loan from CashNetUSA. This claim is false and this seems like a scam to get money from people through fear tactics and aggression.

We recieved a notice of past due debt from National Durable Medical from MRC. However, the statement does not list any information about the date of service or service provided. We have no unpaid medical bills and upon checking insurance statements do not have any insurance claims from National Durable Medical. We believe this is a scam.

I received a bill in late spring 2024 from MRC Mediation Recovery Center for an unexplained bill from 2019. I responded by mail requesting details but heard nothing back. I received another bill in July, 2024 with a 30-day deadline, so I called for details. They sent a copy of a rudimentary bill from 2019, showing me having a 50% copay on medical equipment I received at the time. I was told at the time that insurance covered it, and I have never been billed. I called FloridaBlue, my insurer, and they cannot retrieve records that old. However, they said my copay on such equipment at the time would have been only 20%, and I was at my max payout for the year regardless. The surgeon's office could also not confirm this was legitimate. MRC offered a discount for quick payment that would not give me sufficient time to determine the legitimacy of the bill. Therefore, given multiple similar complaints, the time lag between the service and the first I've heard of the bill, and the pressure to pay quickly, I can only conclude this is a scam. With the recent health record data breaches, I suspect data scraping to try to fool me into paying something I do not owe.

****************************** Ph: ************. Received letter in mail from Mediation Recovery Center dated 8/5/24 stating my National Durable Medical debt obligation is significantly past due Current creditor EMS Funding Solutions. Current balance ********. No date of transaction or equipment in question listed. I have no idea who National Durable Medical is nor have I ever received a bill from them or done business with them. This letter also offered the following repayment options which expire on 8/30/24: Monthly payments of *****/month towards entire balance of ******** (Discount) or one time payment of ******** (Discount) If I wish to take advantage of this I must contact them by 8/30/24. After that dateWe are not obligated to renew these offers I have not responded to the letter. From what I have read this company has a pattern of this behavior of unsubstantiated claims especially toward seniors. Additionally I check my credit reports religiously and there is no outstanding debt listed anywhere on it for ******** to National Durable Medical. My FICO score has not been impacted by this supposed ******** significantly past due debt. Please resolve this. Thank You!

Received a letter from MRC demanding $500.000 for a "Delinquent" medical bill. Called the health organization that they stated I owed money too, and it was confirmed by the hospital that I was never seen there. MRC was unable to provide any supporting documenting or information regarding what i was billed for.
