She's lying and telling people I screwed her over, I have to defend myself and my own photography business. This photographer (******* ********) and I agreed to trade shoots. (Conversation Oct 11 2023)She took our photos. (Took these photos Saturday Oct 14 2023)I left from that shoot and had such a great time that I scheduled and paid her for a holiday mini session right when we got home that day. ($125.00 paid Oct 14 2023)She wouldn't respond to messages leading up to her shoot. I tried for a week messaging on fb, emailed her, commented on her posts. She deleted my comments and wouldn't respond to me. No phone number was listed on her business page. So I called my bank and disputed the charges for the shoot we scheduled. That got her to suddenly contact me. She sent all the proof that I signed electronically stating no refunds and they went in her favor. We never got money back. ****** has pulled the money from her account. She hasn't gotten it back. So she won't deliver images from the session i paid for until she does. Wouldn't be a problem except we got the notice in the mail November 9th that it ruled in her favor. We've been dealing with this for soooo long now. $125. 5 pictures. Just give me the pictures or give me the money back. It's not hard. But "I work a full time day job and have 4 kids" is an excuse to be a ****** business owner? It's not. If you can't handle the job because your life is already THAT busy, then maybe don't do it? Lol. I'm just really really hurting over so much negativity lately. Below is her post lying about me screwing hwe over, proof of her deleting comments I left, many attempts to contact her, and her telling me to not worry about her trade session as her apology to me for the miscommunication. She's apparently known for this and theres been bbb submitted on her before under her previous business name.

****** booked a session with me after a free session in which I provided her. She paid for a Christmas Mini Session and signed a non-refundable retainer contract - this contract held her session date and time and prevented me from booking out her time slot. She then disputed the charge with her bank well before her session took place; I reached out to her once I noticed the dispute to see what had occurred. She chose to dispute the charge because I had missed an email of hers before her session, I apologized for this and ****** proceeded to continue with her session and I agreed despite having the money withdrawn from my bank account. Prior to her session, it was discussed that once the dispute that she opened on her end was closed and I was paid for the session and my work, that the images would be released to her. I shot her session and delivered a watermarked gallery, so she would know what to expect. I let her and her husband know they would not be able to download or screenshot the images until I have received payment for the session. Despite the images saying, “Do not print or screenshot”, they proceeded to screenshot the images and ****** posted on ******** that she did not know how to remove the watermark - this is illegal. ****** did not pay me for the session I did for her; when she opened that dispute before her session, the money was taken from me as well as extra money for a dispute fee. Ultimately, at the end of the day, I did a session for ****** and ***** ***** that I was not paid for. They opened the dispute and had the money plus the added fee taken from me; I still shot their session with their understanding the final images would not be released until the dispute was closed and I was paid in full. I have received several messages from people saying this is not the first time ****** has done this to someone. Once I receive payment for the work I have done, I will release the final images.

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
I have paid for goods I have not received. I do not want holiday images after the holidays. I just want the 5 edited images we paid for. I am continuing to be slandered online and reviews are being left for my business from ******* ******** that are full of false statements. She has also never had work done by me. This review was screen shot but inevitably taken down. I am heavily considering legal action for what I'm owed and the slander that will not stop.
