      Theyre not negotiable and charge me something different every month Ive asked for lower plans they never helped out and i can never reach an actual representative. *** tried to cancel multiple times in the past but I continuously get charged and also looked at the reviews to see where they dont hardly cover you in an accident. I am hoping I can get a refund and they dont let you get an extension they add on $10 late fees to only my account now whenever the payment is late. No longer would like to go through this company

      Around the first week of June 2024 we had an incident occur at our business. We have a mechanic shop and had a customers classic car parked on our business lot. At this time a man came to the shop and committed a hit and run totaling the customers vehicle. We have filed charges and have notified the insurance company. Our issue is the insurance company of Founders Insurance claim #********** has not sent an adjuster. They have not given us any information or tried to resolve this issue. We as a business have limited storage and do charge for storage of vehicles. We need this matter handled so we know our customers vehicle will be fixed and storage will be paid. This business said its in the middle of a hit and run case, but the offender was not charged with a hit and run. Only with trespass. We would just like this issue resolved and taken care of.       I was involved in an accident on 3/30/24. Today is 7/11/24 and I have gotten nothing but the run around with this company. Their insured hit my vehicle. I have had to call numerous times and have been given excuse after excuse. Most recently the agent has refused to return my phone call. I finally spoke to her today and was lied to. I was told my funds were sent to my insurance already and I just verified that has not been done. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

      On the day of 5/4/2024 I was hit from behind while driving My 2013 ******** e300. I was stopped at a stop sign next to the police station in ********* when a woman ran into the back of me without even hitting the brakes. It caused $6,400 in damage to my vehicle according to Tallmadge collision center. Her insurance company is founders insurance whos been running me in circles for over 30 days. I received a quote from their facility for $5,400 and they only want to settle in $1,900 and refuse to pay out any more even though their pair facility and my repair facility both said it is over $5,000 in damage.They now expect me to disassemble my own car to show proof of what was damaged during the accident. According to all of their reviews online this is an absolutely horrible company who does this to many many people. Over ***** reviews from people, all negative with the same issue that I'm having.I need resolution and my car fixed, this insurance company owes me close to $6,000 and only wants to settle at $1,900.I am in no way at fault for this accident according to all of the paperwork and the videos. Yet they will only give me 1/3 of the value that was caused by the accident.       5/31/2024 In my city we had hail damage and they sent an adjuster who claimed that my windshield/ damage done to my vehicle couldn't be determined by hail damage when in fact it did. This business should not be operating because if I have full coverage and a mechanic said the the damage was caused and could be caused by such there should be no reason as to why it can't be covered under full coverage.

      I have been a loyal policyholder of Founders Insurance for several years, diligently fulfilling my premium obligations without falter. However, the unfortunate necessity to submit two claims this year has left my vehicle in the repair shop since late February 2024. Regrettably, Founders Insurance has displayed a concerning lack of responsiveness towards both myself and the repair facility. Moreover, they have demonstrated reluctance in covering the necessary repairs to my vehicle, leading to prolonged delays and significant inconveniences.The protracted nature of this ordeal has imposed a substantial financial burden on my part, as I have been compelled to seek alternative transportation options to maintain my work commitments. Despite the ******* efforts of the repair shop to expedite the process and restore my vehicle to operational status, Founders Insurance appears uncooperative in facilitating a resolution. My primary objective remains the prompt restoration of my vehicle and a transparent account of the reasons behind the delay in repairs and coverage denial.It is inconceivable that I am compelled to endure such financial strain while still upholding my insurance obligations, especially when the insurer appears negligent in fulfilling their obligations. I urgently seek redress and clarity from Founders Insurance regarding the resolution of the outstanding matter concerning my vehicle.

      I would also like to add and express my deep dissatisfaction with the current situation regarding my damage claim resulting from the second accident. The insurance company adamantly refuses to cover the damages, which is both unjustifiable and unacceptable. It is perplexing why they are unwilling to honor their obligation to pay for the damages, or at the very least, a portion of them.

      This recurring pattern raises serious concerns about the purpose of continually investing in insurance coverage if it fails to provide the expected protection in times of need. I have incurred significant expenses not only in dealing with the aftermath of the accident but also in compensating other parties due to my inability to use a vehicle caused by the delays in their response.

      I feel strongly that the insurance company's current stance is unjust, unfair, and biased towards my claim. I urge for a fair evaluation and resolution of this matter to uphold the integrity and trustworthiness of the insurance service provided.

      Founders has received multiple supplements from the complainant's shop, and they have been paid.  The expected final supplement was received two days ago and has been reviewed by the appraiser.  A payment is in process to the complainant's shop.

      Accident occurred December 24th, we got 3 estimates, the third being with the company they recommended. They cut a check for the deposit and said they would deal with the body shop directly for any additional repairs, they are now trying to deny completing the additional repairs the body shop found as a result of the car accident their client caused, she admitted fault, I am not sure how they are coming up with there was pre-existing damage and they are refusing to allow the body shop to fix the vehicle and put it back into the condition it was in prior to the accident, it is still at the body shop, we have been in communication with the insurance company and the body shop and have been left in limbo, without any explanation. This is very unfair and unacceptable.

      I have contacted this company nonstop. I cancelled my policy with this company in February. They renewed my policy without my knowledge & took $602.33 from my bank account in March. I reached out March 4th over the phone to handle this matter. I was told I needed to send an email stating I want my policy cancelled & to send a copy of my new declarations page in order to receive my money back. I emailed the same day on March 4th. I never received a response. I emailed again on March 5th & then again on March 7th. I still received NO response. I then called on March 8th for some type of update regarding my payment. I was told there was a check made for the amount I was owed & would not be sent out until March 20th. This person told me I would then have to wait 7-10 business days for my mail to actually be delivered. This is extremely inconvenient & frustrating. I have other bills! Finally I receive a check on March 29th for the amount of $27.00!? At this point I will be contacting my attorney. I will also be reaching out to local news stations & social media platforms next. I am now convinced that this company is committing acts of fraud.Ive attached screenshots of me reaching out constantly. I sent another email stating what happened on April 1st & again on April 3rd.

      My car was hit by Founders company insured person on 2/23/24. The damage was minor. Upon intake of the call ******* was extremely demeaning and rude, to which I reported. Never received a response. I have submitted the same information three times, including photos of my vehicle, via email. I also submitted photos via their phone link. They claimed they could not reach the policy holder, I have talked to the policy holder 3 times and email correspondence, which I have forwarded to these people. It is a minor accident, but why should I pay for something that I did not do? I do not receive any communication from these people. The do not follow-up, and I have to do the leg work, for their insured person. They are rude, disengaged, and could care less. I want my car fixed, whether it is 20 dollars or ****** - their insured caused the accident. This is ridiculous.

      However,  please note that 40 minutes after I filed the BBB complaint, I received an email acknowledging my issue from the company; not even 10 minutes after that I received a follow-up phone call, asking if I had any questions.  Yet, all my other calls and inquiries went unanswered. There is still an unreasonable wait to have my vehicle repaired, but at least it has started.

      While the ultimate end-game is achieved, and that is repair of my vehicle, the way I was initially treated, went unaddressed, and I received no follow-up.  I absolutely received unsatisfactory service and follow-up from this business.  The only reason they have timely responded, is so that they will have a "resolved" BBB complaint.  I feel sorry for anyone dealing with these people.

      I would like to thank BBB for your assistance, because if this had not happened, I would still be playing the same game, for an accident that was not my fault.
