4/24/23 I applied for load with Americash loans that also goes by Go credit me , they approved for $ **** gave me $ **** loan and once I paid back was to get $ ****, I made 3 payments then had medical issue with my boyfriend we are still battling he has cancer as well as I had a medical issue so I asked to skip payment they would not do over the phone said I had to email which I did then I reached out a few times about getting my account back on track , I recently sent them total of 5 emails asking if I could start ACH payments back on 9/15 and discuss getting my account back on track have not received one email back from them I am not sure if they are afraid to email and put something in black and white I would like to arrange to pay back the original $ **** plus I think it was interest of $ 700 minus what I have paid already due to not getting any help and or response from this company I have emailed *********************************, ***************************, ************************* and general email they provided when I called them originally *************** I am thinking they are just ignoring to let it go default so I will pay them over $ **** total for a $ **** loan or I am not really sure why they choose to ignore email.

Americash loans reported my old job information as my home address to the debt collectors and now I have a judgement because they lied about my home address and said it was my job address and they had my correct information on file. My ID even says my address. They claimed they sent letters and called the skilled nursing facility I worked at instead of my actual phone number and address

My loan, ********, was reported as past due to the credit bureaus at the beginning of July 2023. The report says I have 4 missed payments. That is not true.I paid the remaining balance of my loan in full on 3/15/2023, in the amount of $1,325.57. That balance was paid using my debit card, which were guaranteed funds. The funds cleared my bank account on 3/16/23. I received the proceeds of my savings balance on 3/27/23.After several calls made to the company to fix the situation, I was finally told that my account is past due because my bank reversed the charge on 5/1/2023. That is untrue. I have proof that my bank DID NOT reverse the payment. I sent copies of my bank statements as proof that the funds were debited from my account on 3/16/2023 and were never credited back to the account. My bank account in which the funds were debited was officially closed on 4/17/23. My bank statements show the last recorded transaction on the account was 4/17/23. On 4/18/23, my account was reported to have a payoff debit of $0.00. That indicates there is no outstanding balance on my bank account and it is officially closed. There is absolutely no way my bank reversed a debit charge on 5/1, which was 12 days after my account had been closed. All debits/deductions had been cleared and successfully withdrawn by that point. In addition to the records I provided, I called the bank and verbally verified with the manager that no transactions were attempted on my closed account in May or any date after the closure. It makes zero sense as to why any bank would reverse a charge 45 days after it was cleared and the bank account was closed.I never received proof that my payment was reversed by the bank. They need to fix what was reported to the credit bureaus immediately. Report all my payments as on-time and remove any late payments. Report my account as paid and closed. I sent an email to the company explaining the above on 7/21/23. To date, I have received no reply.

I was never emailed, called or sent any information via mail regarding the balance owed! I was never served with any paper work regarding the judgement, the lord and said they gave it to a family member at an address I no longer lived at! I have been reaching out to the law firm but I have received no callback. My judge continued my hearing in order for us to figure it out yet they are not responding to the many call attempts made to the law firm.

They charge a ridiculous amount of interest. I borrowed 670. They told me that they would only settle this for ****. That would bring me to a zero balance. Which is crazy but I agreed just to be done with them. They took my payment but they are not showing a zero balance.

We are in receipt of the complaint received by your office and appreciate the opportunity to respond. A settlement agreement was reached with **************** on her defaulted loan account.  The settlement payment from **************** posted to her account on April 13, 2023 and a credit adjustment made for the balance on April 17, 2023.  As of today's date, ******************** account reflects a $0 balance.  Thank you.

I was late on one payment due to mix up on bank account, and was charged excessively. I was told that I would be charged $25.00, but was actually charged $71.50. When I called to speak with a supervisor at the ************** on 03/21/23, I was given a representative named *****, who just kept getting smart with me on the phone. He said he would have a supervisor to return my call, but they never called. I called back on 03/23/23 and spoke with *******, and even though I asked for the supervisor again, he gave me right back to *****. I finally got ahold of someone in the office on ***************************************. *****, and they explained the account to me, but I was never informed of the additional amount for being 2 - 3 days late, even though this was the only time, and was due to a mix up at the bank.

We are in receipt of the complaint received by your office and appreciate the opportunity to respond.  The missed payment on **************** account resulted in the accrual of additional interest in addition to a dishonored payment fee of $25.  We value **************** business and will agree to waive this balance as a one-time courtesy. **************** account is now closed. Thank you.

I received a letter in the mail on February 5, 2023, stating they were taking legal action for failure to pay, and stated they tried contacting me but my call records do not show any phone number associated with them calling me. I have Top Secret security clearance and work in a secured facility. Time and again, I've asked them to assist me via emails without any response. I've asked to be placed on arrangements and no one seems to answer me via email. Calls are unavailable because of my work situation.

I took out a loan with americash loans for $700.00. I defaulted on the loan and they garnish my paycheck. For about $1500. The garnishment was completely paid off. In short they miscalculated and stated that I still owed them $***** and that has been since July August something like that. They garnish me for the ***** now it has gone from ***** to *****. I just called and they are telling me that the $***** is for 3 return check fees. There are no return check fees.

We are in receipt of the complaint received by your office and appreciate the opportunity to respond. ****************** made three payments that were subsequently returned resulting in the three $25.00 fees assessed to her account.  These payments were dated November 26, 2021, December 10, 2021, and December 24, 2021.  Should ****************** disagree that these payments were returned, we would request evidence that they were paid. The wage garnishment referred to by ****************** collected the outstanding principal and interest, but did not accelerate the balance on her defaulted account or collect fees. ****************** is encouraged to contact our collections department directly with any additional questions regarding her account.  Thank you.
