    I was charged $3.95 to enter a sweepstakes that I didn't want to enter. I DID NOT authorize a payment of any kind. I called to speak to a representative about refunding my ********* was told she was Not ABLE to do that. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available. Since when do supervisors leave employees alone and disappear to God knows where while they should be working??? & What happened to the customer always being right? I didnt want to enter any sweepstakes and surely didn't want to spend $4 on absolutely nothing. I just want a refund & for this to STOP happening. This is the 2nd time this has occurred within the last 2 month's. Other than the sweet voice I spoke to on the phone, this has not been a pleasant experience. I apologized for being rude to the sweet lady but this is ridiculous! Its a scam and should be illegal. I would not recommend anyone ever doing business with a company such as this. I Definitely would not recommend business of any type with this company for sure. Other than the customer service lady being so nice I would say the rest of the company sux!
