I booked a bachelorette party with this company in January of 2020. Paid the deposit up front of $412.50. The party was supposed to be in May. Covid hit in March... it came down to a few weeks before the party so I tried to get in touch with him to make sure everything was all good and we were still going. I never got a reply from him. Few days went by and I tried again.. still nothing. So then I threatened to get police involved because I felt I was being scammed and wanted a refund. He finally messaged me back and told me to read my contract. I never got a contract or signed a contract. I asked him where I could find this contract, and he could not answer that. He then proceeded to tell me I am rude and he does not service rude people. This went on for a couple more weeks... he then put multiple posts up to try and cover himself. It ended up coming down to him saying due to Covid, he had to close his business until further notice. This guy straight up stole money from us. And this is not the first time he has done this to people... I have read multiple stories of where he does not refund people, he never shows up to pick them up, or he leaves people in the middle of nowhere. His bus breaks down, blah blah blah. It's excuse after excuse with this guy. PLEASE SHUT HIM DOWN!
