**** and his team at Photograph Restoration **** did a remarkable job in restoring four 8x10 photos of my children, some taken as many as 49 years ago. One in particular was so badly faded you could barely make out the colors or facial features in the original photo of my 3-month-old daughter. I knew my treasured photos of my children were fading a little more each year and someday I needed to find someone to restore them before I lost them forever. However, I wasn't motivated until my granddaughter asked me if I had a picture of her mother when she was an infant, that I started researching photograph restoration businesses. It was a ****** search that led me to Marks website. I must admit, after mailing my original photos, and my only copy, to an unknown company across the country, that I began to second guess my decision and wonder if I had just fallen for a scam. I checked the BBB to see if Photograph Restoration **** was a legitimate business and I found that it definitely is legit, but there werent many current customer reviews to reassure me Id made a good choice. That is the reason Im writing this review for everyone holding on to faded photos of your children, grandchildren and beloved family members, thinking someday youll get around to restoring your treasured photos, I highly recommend Photograph Restoration **** When I opened the envelope containing my restored photos, the outstanding quality of their work brought tears to my eyes. My restored photos have the same clarity and vibrant colors as the day they were taken. The work of the professionals at Photograph Restoration **** has allowed me to be able to pass down photographic memories to my grandchildren that they will be able to share with their grandchildren, and for that Im so deeply grateful. Outstanding!!!. We had a mold infestation at our summer house. Mold damaged 50 years of irreplaceable family photographs. We found Photographic Restoration on line, contacted **** and shipped him the photos. He and his colleagues cleaned them up and mad digital images which were clearer than the originals, some of which had started to fade. We have rehung the photos in our rebuilt houseit is so welcoming to have them back. The work exceeded our expectations. We feared those memories were goneand now they are back. 5 starsI just picked up a portrait that I had worked on. It was an extremely complicated endeavor that involved removing one person, centrally located in a family portrait. Photograph restoration did an AMAZING job restoring an old photo of my grandparents at their 50th wedding anniversary! The original photo was so faded (also the old paper was starting to disintegrate). This photo is one of the cherished moments I have from my childhood. When my mom passed away she had about ***** old audio cassette tapes that were of my grandfather and later my father reciting poetry and some of family gatherings, etc. A number of the tapes had been made on old reel to reel recorders or even on LP albums discs and were later transfered to cassettes. When I got them the cassettes where so deteriorated I couldn't hear the voices because of all the crackling sounds. When I got them back it made me cry, I was clearly hearing my grandfather's voice from before I was born. Thank you for that priceless gift.Photograph Restoration, Inc.

Our (terribly taken) 8mm movies are a joy to watch thanks to ****. The films were old and moldy but restored perfectly and we have been enjoying memories from 50 years ago. We found a photo of my wife's grandfather [he died when my wife's father was 15] on cardboard. Bugs had eaten part of the photo, mold was growing on the photo and a large water stain ruined part of the photo. Photograph Restoration redid the photo so now it looks brand new and we had a family keepsake. We are very pleased with the work Photograph Restoration did.Photograph Restoration, Inc.

Photograph Restoration did an outstanding job restoring my very old grandparent's family pictures. The pictures were in very bad shape and condition. They never complained about it but explained as to how they might have been damaged and how they are going to restore them. I was not very confident at the beginning as I came across many Restorations online but after talking to ****, I decided to go with them. **** was very polite, understanding and patient in listening to how I wanted it to be restored. They are very dedicated in providing the best services and not money oriented like other companies. This is what I liked the best about them. **** calls back promptly and attends to all the questions and is very good with follow up. Available in emails and phone all the time. ***** services usage is also very convenient. This is how customer service should be. It gives you assurance and confidence to rely on and it is worth every *****. Family pictures are precious & important to oneself, but they took up the restoration project as if it was their own pictures, which made me feel safe and honored. Photograph Restoration did an outstanding job restoring an older photograph. My friend asked for a copy of a picture of my husband and I, my friend and her husband - her husband had died recently and she always liked the photo. Unfortunately, when I tried to remove the photo, some of the picture was stuck on the glass and the photo was severely damaged. I went online and found Photograph Restorations website so I completed the questionnaire and ****, the owner, called within hours. I sent him the photo and within days he called with a few suggestions on how his team could restore the photo. I chose the process that was more labor intensive and Im SO glad I did. The photo looks fabulous and my friend was thrilled to receive it. Please note, this can take many weeks to complete but its worth the wait!Photograph Restoration, Inc.
