Bought an air fryer in 2022. Gave them the receipt and said I would like a replacement part. They supposedly have a lifetime warranty. They said they would send me the part on 1/10/2024. Ghosted. I seriously would just buy a replacement tray if someone sold it anywhere but they dont. So I have no choice but to keep trying to get the part or just not have a working item. That just stinks for the customer. Dont say warranty at all. Just sell the parts on Amazon or anywhere. I dont expect them to send me the part. Dont buy this brand.Initial Complaint

After using this company's Aria * qt. air fryer, small rubber "feet" on basket insert kept falling off. One was eventually lost, so I wrote and called the company to ask for a replacement. While waiting days for a response the missing "foot" ended ** in my mouth, after having choked on it. Apparently, the croutons I had made in ********** days earlier and stored in in a canister, was also storing the missing "foot" that had most certainly fallen out again, when I was transferring the croutons. I still haven't heard anything from the company, except an email asking me to verify the model number. That was on 10/*/*1. Nothing since then. Phones are not answered, either.
