I was looking through bank transactions and noticed 2 charges from this company on 7/29. I have never heard of this company and the charges were not authorized. I googled them and found a webpage. The chat robot offered to have me talk to a customer service representative for a $5 charge! They already charged my account without my permission. I called my bank and there were 3 more charges! (5 total). How does this business get away with randomly charging peoples accounts without their knowledge or permission? I have to get a new debit card now.Initial Complaint

On 7/20/24 Coopers *********************** attempted to charge one of my credit building accounts. Luckily the payment was declined. I have never heard of Coopers Hawk Health Llc until today when I received the notification of declined payment. I did not authorize Coopers Hawk Health Llc to charge ANY account under my name or anyone elses. I am unsure of how Coopers Hawk Health Llc got my account information in the first place. I did not knowingly nor willingly supply Coopers Hawk Health with any information pertaining to me.Initial Complaint

I have contacted the business by email, also have left 2 voicemail, and reached out by Instagram message, and have had zero response. I believe their customer service/membership services department is fraudulent. The first attempt to reach out was May 31st, now almost 3 weeks later I have not received a response. I want to cancel my membership and they have not contacted me. Poor customer service and I will not be authorizing them to illegally charge my credit card anymore.Initial Complaint
