I have contacted the business by email, also have left 2 voicemail, and reached out by Instagram message, and have had zero response. I believe their customer service/membership services department is fraudulent. The first attempt to reach out was May 31st, now almost 3 weeks later I have not received a response. I want to cancel my membership and they have not contacted me. Poor customer service and I will not be authorizing them to illegally charge my credit card anymore.Initial Complaint

5/25/24 ***** 4/8/24 ***** Withdrawals from my bank account for something i did not authorize. Have made numerous attempts to call ************ but the calls do not go through. There is also no website or email address. I reported this to my bank but they say it appears I authorized the charges but i would not have authorized something that i do not even know what it is. Upon the health of my daughter(was member of their club) I notified ******************************* with proper death certificate in or for Coopers Hawk to issue a check along with the value of each bottle to be issued to ********************* estate. On 4/6/2024 I was charged $19.95 from Coopers Hawk Health LLC for something I have never been with before. They have charged my account before back in 2023. On 3/20/2024 I walked into the *******, ******** Coopers Hawk. I see a beautiful pink bottle to spritz sangria on full display near the host stand. Along with some fun wine glasses. I go to purchase the bottle, and I am told I have to be a wine club member to purchase. I would understand if the bottle was behind the tasting counter, or behind the cash register, but it was not. It was several bottles (15 plus) on display for anyone to pick up and purchase. I was dumbstruck that they would have a display where you could pick up the bottle and walk it to the register but you could not purchase it. Ridiculous!Initial Complaint

I joined their wine club on 2/6 and have never been able to access my online account. I also want to verify that I was credited for my dinner on 2/6 and received the extra bottle promised if you sign up in February. I was successful to get though once bit was told to call back after 2/27. I have left several messages after calling in (no one answers) and online email but have never been able to get through again. No one ever calls back. On 2/27/2024 my Coopers Hawk membership renewed for $44.99 which includes the 2 bottles and 1 wine tasting per month. Before my membership renewed I had 4 bottles and 1 wine tasting, which rolled over from previous months. Once I checked my account I came to realize that my other bottles had disappeared. I should had a total of 6 bottles. Ive connected Coopers Hawk multiple times, but Ive yet to receive any communication back. I contacted Coopers Hawk on 2/27/2024 on 2/29/2024 and 3/1/2024.
