I purchased a vehicle through internet sale from Route 34 Motorsports on December 12th 2022. Unfortunately I was in an accident on March 12th 2023 and the car was totaled. I purchased a warranty through the selling dealership to which I had to cancel and they prorated me a refund that had to be sent back to the selling dealership which was Route 34 motorsports. The warranty company issued the check to Route 34 Motorsports and they cashed it on May 3rd 2023. It is now over 4 months later and my lien holder still does not have the check for the warranty refund. It's approximately ***** that route 34 Motorsports has to send to my lien holder which is ***** ******************* Since I am in a different state I cannot get a hold of anybody because they keep giving me the runaround every time I call they're not available or they'll call me back and they literally never do. I've been calling them almost daily for months on end. They keep telling me that they're going to send the check and that they sent the check. Apparently the check was supposedly sent about 4 weeks ago. ***** ****************** still does not have said check. I do not know what to do as far as gaining some traction with this dealership because they will not work with me or communicate with me. They provided PDF is a copy of the check from the warranty company which is the warranty company's portion of what my refund should be. Route 34 Motorsports has to add their portion to that some in the total amount of approximately $*****

I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting for a Route 34 Motorsports to mail the check to the lien holder. As of right now it looks like a package is in transit but they have not cashed the check yet. Once the Check Cashes I will consider this situation resolved. I didn't respond to the email because I was waiting for them to send the check so I could respond that it was resolved but they still have not done it yet. Knowing how they have played games in the past and constantly lied about sending a check out I'm not considering it resolved until that check actually cashes by the lien holder which is Green ***** Credit Union

      Sincerely,

*DANGER* RUN FAR AWAY!I took delivery of a 2019 **** Mustang **** miles on February 5th 2023 and returned it due to a powertrain defect (failing cylinder) verified by a 5 star mustang specific mechanic (precision mustang). It is now March 30 2023 and I am still fighting to get my money back.I drove the vehicle for less than 8 days and 250 miles before it began exhibiting mechanical problems on February 12th, a flashing check engine light which turned out to be a failing cylinder number 5 proven by a compression test! A clear defect in the powertrain component that is covered by ******** warranty Law.I was ignored for nearly 30 days after returning this vehicle to RT 34 Motorsports. Any time you call they say we'll call you back or the manager is not available.Rt. 34 motorsports willingly neglects the consumer. With *****'s only excuse as being too busy. People prioritize what's important and customers are not important to him. He has caused daily financial and emotional distress as I had to continue to have to pay for transportation during this time period without the vehicle and without being informed at all of the status of a refund or repair. The dealership had more than a reasonable opportunity to try and repair the vehicle over 36 days! I sat, waited, called, and tried to fight for my rights ending in making a complaint to the attorney generals office and hiring an attorney to get my money back!Route 34 Motorsports is breaking the ******** used car warranty law! They stole over $29200 dollars of my down payment after they refused to refund my money and void the purchase agreement. The credit union, attorney general's office of ******** and my attorney are actively pursuing the case currently. This was singlehandedly the worst purchase from any merchant in my entire life. Costing me time, money and immense distress!*RUN FAR AWAY*

I found a car on Route 34 website on Jan 13th. I reached out to the dealer and confirmed it was availible and that were no issues. I spoke with *** the salesman, and he had assured me that there is NOTHING wrong with the car and that it came with warranty. I told him I was interested in putting $6000 down and financing the rest. 1 business day goes by and I dont hear anything from anyone. So i call the dealer and speak to ****, the manager. He told me he has personally driven the car I was going to purchase and that nothing was wrong with it. No issues. A day later the Manager **** had emailed me all of the loan forms and a bank account to send my deposit to.I emailed back my forms, and sent the deposit that same day. 2 full days go by and I hear nothing from the dealership so I decided to call them. They inform me the car left the dealership. I didnt even know that I was approved of my loan! It was as if they rushed to get that car out the door. 3 days later the car arrive. The moment it got off the tow truck I knew I had been scammed. The guages on the dash didnt light up, the heat did not work, the cd player did not work. Many electrical issues that were not disclosed to me. The big kicker was that this was a convertible. The dealership had completley disconnected the top from all of the eletronics and hardware. I took car to a shop to get inspected and they discovered thousands of damaged faulty wiring inside of the car. I reached out to the dealer and they told me it just probally needed a new battery. They eventually stopped taking my calls and were trying to unload this on me. After contacting the banks that provided me a loan, and told them about this dealership trying to scam me, they reached out and made the dealer unwind the car deal. . With no notice, tow truck showed up and took the car back. I havent been refunded. I have recorded my phone conversations for the fact I will be taking this dealership to court

I purchased a used Audi Q7 from RT34 Motorsport on October 29, 2022. Upon my return to work it was pointed out that the vechile has an unusual knocking coming from the engine. I sent a message to the sales person at the dealer where I purchased the vehicle, that had assist me. I continuously received no response. Overtime, the knocking noise became worse. The car began smoking, the heat inside the car stopped working and the outlets for any regeneration source also became nonfunctional. I was referred to an auto-shop, in ***********, per the warranty department the vehicle is covered under. They were to access the extent of the knocking issue, which produced no response. Upon contacting the bank that is the lien holder of my auto loan. I was informed that they do not handle this type of situation and that and I was to reach out to the dealership. I received the estimate from the Audi dealership service department in ***********. This was sent to the dealership I purchase the vehicle from. It appeared they received and read the message, but seemed not to want to respond. It took several days to finally reach the dealer and upon speaking with them, the respondent stated that it is the first time that he is hearing about the issues and that I should use the extended warranty purchased from their dealership and my insurance to cover the additional cost that the warranty won't cover or I would need to pay for the additional cost out of my pocket. Or, "take it to a mom and pop shop that will fix the car". As such, the car has been sitting at the Audi dealership's service department, as it is not fixed. In addition, I have contacted several mechanics, who do not deal with this type of warranty. I have been sold a sub par vehicle that is sitting in the service department in another state. I have lost wages from having to transport the vehicle to that state. Money has been lost not ONLY on the vehicle, but the warranty as well. That seems NOT to cover anything.
