First incident was that I bought oil to put in my combine. In previous years, there was a label on top of the bucket and the side of the bucket that matched the oil in the bucket. As soon as you pick the bucket up by the handle, you could see what was inside the bucket. It was helpful to the consumer and made it easy to know what was in the pail. They no longer do this and asked them why because this helped the consumer. I asked how much would it cost. They said someone would have to physically put it on the bucket. It would eliminate air in my case. My second incident was that I purchased a product, asked if I could return it and they said no. I asked if I could blend it and they said no which was perfectly fine. I asked them why they got away from any white containers because in the past when the container is getting empty you can look in through the opening and see the different color. He told me the consumers preferred the black containers over the white containers. When I came back again they said they would not service me. This is when I pointed out a sign that said the consumer is boss. I told him about this and he said I will take it down. Consumer suggested this and was denied. I want to know what I did so bad that I was barred from purchasing their oil.
